Hey TOOMUCH!

Items that you want to buy are all very cute, so go for them. I like especially the tunic with a bow on the front. Looks very cute. Twin set will look smashing on you also.Did you buy Anthony before? How is his sizing?

As to turquoise colored piece, it is available in regular medium in different colors. I always shorten all pants anyway, as I am very small, even if I'd bought them in petite, so I would go for regular med. and shorten it if you like the outfit. Of course, there are more troubles, but what a girl supposed to do?Think

Hope, your weather is better.
Nice weekend for you!

Hey Vasa!!! Remember the outfit I never got to wear because I ordered it when I fit a large but didn't have a chance to wear it till I reached a medium? That was an Antthony. It was beautiful. I tried it when it arrived and it fit in a large to a T. Length, cut everything was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to order from him again. Of course I ordered that one in a petite since I'm, as my SIL puts it so sweetly, shorter than heck. I'm going to order the top with the thingie in front in the blue for the holidays. I may dare the twin set in the olive, just to see. Nothing ventured as they say. I'll wait till he's back to see what new full outfits he has. Going to spring for a pair of pants too. Loved they way his draped.

Weather is ok. Not great but better. At least no rain again, YET! They are predicting for Sunday.

Hope it's nice where you are. Have a wonderful rest of Friday and a spooky, treat filled Halloween!!!!

Hey this is the first time I ever filled goodie bags and had tons of candy sitting around and didn't eat a one!!! HA....didn't even tempt me!!! Take that candy Not talking Speak to the hand Winking

Happy Halloween!!
I am going also to give away a lot of candy!

I just can imagine you, trying all your new outfits in a new smaller size!
It is very exciting! I swear, you'll feel exceptional and like a new person!!!

I lost a pound and a half during my tooth nightmare, so I am doing everything to have them back, how about it??? Never thought in my life that I will try to gain. But I do not have a big appetite for my old favorites...

My face looks hollow and I am putting a lot of blush but it does not help a lot - DH said that I look like I have an eating disorder.LOL. Why everything shows on my face first? This 1,5 would be such a joy without a face...Yesterday I bought a velvet pants in children's department!!!And they fit, can you imagine! Face ruins everything!

Decided not to use Sensa for a week. We will see how it goes.I am now 127,5. Want to go back to 130. It is all amazing, but not a lot of joy for me. DH brought a cake today, I think, he wants it badly himself and "had all reasons" to buy it. Things are going out of control.

Enjoy weekendWinking and stay healthy

Hi! This is my first posting, so forgive me if I mess up. I have been slightly to moderately overweight most of my life. I have lost weight in the past following weight loss programs, only to gain it back. I don't really ever feel hungry, I am an emotional eater. I am wondering if a product like this would help me, since I don't eat large meals, but snack alot when I'm bored, angry, sad, happy, you name it!

Hi Brendita!!! Well I was a little bit of a just-for-the-heck-of-it snacker and an emotional snacker/eater. Would be bad when I was cheesed off or totally stressed out. I don't really snack much at all anymore. So for me it did cut out the snacking due to emotional things. Best I could tell you would be to hit the trysensa site and send for the trial kit. They give you 30 days. If you use it on everything and listen to your body you should find out within that time if it is going to take care of it for you. You have to be consistent. If you order it and while you are on the site check out the forums and search for things like emotional eating. You will find quite a few people who've had the same issues. For some it worked for some it didn't. BUT you have the time to see if it will for you. Worked for me...saving a fortune on food ...but spending it on clothes LOL. Good luck Brendita. Come back and let us know how you make out.

Hey hey Vasa...!!! Survived Halloween. Lots of kids even with the weather being pretty lousy. We were warm but it was drizzly all day. Had to keep protecting my animated butler and crawling zombie.

Picked up DD's in-laws over the weekend. They were so happy to be here and see their son and of course our daughter. Got to meet two members of the family I hadn't till now. 2 of the 5 have really bad colds so are taking it easy today. I'm surprised that with all the scare they let them board overseas. My son in laws parents couldn't get over how different I looked. His mom asked DH first very quietly if my loss was intentional or if something else was going on to turn me into half of me ROFL. He told her it was intentional so she came to me and said how wonderful I was doing. It's funny. I understand since the last time she saw me I was in my size 22's.

Aw Vasa. You poor kid. You need some extra thick milkshakes. Yeah I know easier said then eaten. Belinda from the sensa forums, she was in the trial group, had a issue a little like yours. She lost more than she planned and went off for a while to get a little "edge" back. Now she only really uses when she feels the need. She looks beautiful. Taking the time to get YOUR edge back will probably do the same. Break yourself into having a couple of good snacks. You bought velvet pants in the childrens department????Dancing Good grief woman....I couldn't buy pants in the children's department when I was a child!!! You are our tiny lady. Don't worry so much about the face..it will fill out a little when you get a couple pounds back on. I'm willing to bet you're beautiful. Hey I want to go back to 130 too Winking
Hmmmm..when was I last 130..I think 8th grade.

I hope your Monday was good. Have a great day tomorrow.

Sensa and me...perfect together!!!

Hey TOOMUCH!

Not a lot of happening, but Auntie got her shot today.
Will see how it is going. In DS's college they started to give shots also.
The question is - to do or not to do!
All in doubts,
Vas

Hey there Vasa!! Sometimes quiet is good. Come over ... DD's in-laws are in and driving her a little batty. We can take turns calming her downPray All I want is a little peace and quiet. Really just a few hours LOL. But it's not going to happen is it? At least not till all the relatives are back home and everybody is missing everybody again. Sheesh d'oh!

I'm glad to hear that the shots are there for those that want them. Not around here. DH's company usually has, at least, the regular flu shot. Not able to get it this year. I won't take it anyway so for me it doesn't matter but for those that want to get it I feel bad. You're still undecided huh? Sometimes I wonder if the more information we have makes it harder or easier to decide. So much to think about. Think

DH is making me crazy. Wants me to go try on the 10's, buy the 10's I said when he gets rid of his droopy pants and buys new. Hehe..that will take care of at least another 2 weeks. Dropped 12 ounces. Found out that without the extra padding my behind hurts after 2 hour car rides really bad. Also found out that it isn't a myth..I really do have sitting bones, what a shock!

You take care of yourself. Good luck with the decision making. Think of me if you are in a calm moment while I handle the zoo crew here LOL.

Have a great Thursday ... trysensa site revamped. Haven't been to it to see yet but if I get 30 seconds I may visit.

Stay HEALTHY!!!

Hey, hey!

Any relatives who come to visit, is a hustle, but in-laws...Stay strong and patient! Everything eventually comes to end...so they will go home absolutely happy after your reception, hospitality and the best daughter-in law..You'd be so-o- relieved.

DS decided not to do,Speak to the hand after debates. Auntie feels not very well, has a minor flu symptoms and her BP is unusually low. I am worried. We decided not to do also and let nature take it.

Congrats on your 12 oz! Now you'll fight for each ounce as I did.d'oh!
You now need training your rear...LOL and pillow. I always have a pillow under it, even when I was bigger, just like padding there LOL and it is warmer with it.Yea, bones are coming out...He-he.Cool

Staying without Sensa for 4 days. No results so far. And no big appetite also.

I am thinking about Christmas presents - hate it, but need to start anyway. No ideas, no good staff around, this is a big burden every year.

Have a nice weekend,

Stay warm and well

Hey there Vasa lady!!

Their visit has been fun. This is the little ones first long long plane trip and visit to the US. I may not understand everything she says, nor she me, but we both talk "kid" so all is well. Hopefully they will make sure she gets a little nap before the trip home. Otherwise the flight might get interesting. Had dinner with them at a local Italian Restaurant last night and it was a good time. Will miss them.

Oh no!! I'm sorry to hear that Auntie is not feeling well. Poor thing. I hope the side effects are short lived and she is back to healthy very quickly. Found out at dinner that none of my kids or their DH's are looking to get the vaccine either.

Thanks for the congrats. I'm digging out the kids old ju jitsu tapes and learning how to throw those last pounds around now. Happy 2 I'm going to use the "Vasa" method to beat them into submission. Maybe it's better that it slows down, at least for DH's sake. He looked at my sweater last night and asked it it was one we bought recently. I said yeah....he just shook his head. After having me stay the same size for 25+ years he is not used to me needing new clothes. But I had to get HIM to replace all his XXL shirts and size 44 pants and jeans with new L's and 38's so it's all good. Oh, He's now off all BP meds too.

Never thought I'd need to buy padding for my behind. What a thought!!! Just too danged funny. Ok Vasa can you picture rear training??? Happy 1 Warmer you say? Hmmmm..I like that word. Ok, pillow it is. If I did rear end training it would be a funny video. Would rank right up there with the one of me getting off my Pilates Power Gym. Trust me, that is a sight. I bet YOU need a really thick pillow little one. Who would have thought that behind bones would become an issue??? ROFL

9 months later and here we are talking about how to get your appetite back. Maybe try eating something right before bed? Don't have time then to use up the calories so maybe they'll stick around. Anxious The other Sensa user said it took a little time but she did get a little back and was able to put on a few over time. Maybe by Christmas?

Got 12 catalogs in the mail yesterday. 12!!! Nobody around here is giving any help either. I say we get them all fake coal. I keep asking, you keep asking and if they don't help they get on Santa's naughty list!!!!

Have a wonderful Weekend Vasa. Stay warm yourself and healthy too. Hope Auntie is feeling better. Say HI to men folk.

Hey lady Vasa...hope you are ok. Company left Sunday but left behind both the really nasty cold and a stomach virus. Whole family here got the cold I wound up with both. Wasn't horrible but could have lived without it for sure. That being said I still miss getting to see them. It was a lively and fun visit.

Went down just about the full pound this week. I'm sure being under the weather helped that a little. Did get to hit my jeans store briefly over the weekend. DH teased me into trying the smaller size and .... SHOCK .... they fit!!!! Well at least they fit like the 12's did at first. They zip and button just fine but have the loose skin roll going on. Back to more ab work and praying that this skin can go back that far. It is so danged weird to see that tag.

Hope you are doing alright. Auntie and the guys??

POST...

Sensa and me ... perfect together!!! HSN I need more fireplace stuff. Finally have someone in the family with one!!!!

Hi TOOMUCH!

Sorry that I did not post earlier: so many small things are going around and around.
We are OK, Auntie is not so.
We went to her, her low BP does not let her to go to the second floor of her house many times a day as she used to. Brought her bed in living room, and sofa - upstairs - social workers refused to lift heavy items back and forth... You know (she was upset) scenario..
This was our weekend...

Than, my dog started to limp Monday morning. I thought first that perhaps, his nails are the reason. Went to groomer, clipped nails - he still limps...

Than I found our gutters on the ground (strong wind)...Don't want to go to other annoying things..., and I still need go to work every day... It is like : everything is good, nothing happened, life is good - all of a sudden a two dozen things unfold in several days, and your hands are full.

Sorry to hear about nasty cold, especially stomach virus...(and untrained unpadded behind LOL-LOL). But seriously, it nothing to laugh about. Hope, you and your DH feel better now.

Congrats on your pound!Dancing Everything works for our good! Sensa rocks!
And I know first hand about loose skin, annoying...yea...but this tag is something ...

Tomorrow will go to vet.Have uneasy feeling about it because he is not young (I mean, dog, not vet LOL). What if it is something serious.

Was without Sensa a whole week, almost no results, still have a sunken look.
Use it now - day on, day off. DH advises to stop it for good and see. I don't know, because he always gives me funny advises.

So, you feel better, dear TOOMUCH! And all yours.
Stay warm!

Hey Vasa. Oh NO you are having one heck of a week!!! I can imagine that Auntie is upset. It's hard for them when it gets to the point that they can't manage their own homes. Mom and last aunt here the same. But their homes become a huge hazard for them so something has to give. I'm sorry you had such a rough time with her. Hopefully she'll come to realize that you are looking out for her wellbeing. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Oh poor doggie..I would have thought nails too for a first guess. Maybe he jumped off something wrong? I'm hoping for something really dull as a reason. Let me know how you made out with him Pray

Good grief that was some good wind you had. We've had branches down and chairs blown off but never lost a gutter. Of course now that I've said that we do have a bad storm coming in tonight and tomorrow d'oh! Nope...won't think about it. You know they say luck, bad or good, comes in 3's. Let's hope your streak is broken since it sounds like you had more than your share. Only good luck for Vasa, DH and DS now.

You made me laugh about the Vet. Lets think sprain or starting arthritis. That can be handled. I'm really hoping here.

We are doing better. Still sniffling but stomach is more normal. Heard from the relatives and the sickies are doing better over there. The little one needs to see the doctor for her ears. They think her really bad cold combined with the long flight may have backed up her ears good. Hoping to hear the results. I'm still in shock over fitting into a size 10 jean. Seems unreal. Packed away a bag of clothes in size 20 that I found in closets. They will be donated. Now if only I could find a shrink a dink for deflated skin Think Winking

You wouldn't be without the Sensa hon cause you still have it. Won't hurt you to go without and see what happens. If you gain back what you want to you can then gauge if you need to use it and how often. You know your body really well. You're more in touch with yourself than most people I know. Can't see you letting yourself get past where you want to be. I'll agree with DH on the stopping for now and re-evaluating when you gain back what you want. DH's are really good at funny advice BTW...Happy 1

Let me know how you make out with the pup and Auntie. I'll keep good thoughts.

Try and have a good Friday Vasa.

Sensa and me...in size 10's together..they're in my pocket!

Hey TOOMUCH!

Time runs so fast - another weekend is gone.
How is everyone's cold? Hope, you are OK now.

My dog was diagnosed with arthritis after x-rays and given a prescription for Rimadyl for 1 week.
Of course, I immediately bought it and in Sunday he jumped "like new".Do not understand though, after these tablets, will his limping return? Or he'd be "cured" for a while? Perhaps, I need to ask people on Pet forum. Also, I am going to buy Royal treatment for joints.

I stopped with Sensa beginning today -have quite a feeling that I forgot to do something...This sprinkling is in my blood now...LOL New scientific research begins...Interesting, how long I could stand without it and not gaining? At least, I have several month supply.

Please, post how are you.
Best

Hey Vasa!!! Everyone here is doing much better. Allergies after working in the yard raking leaves but that's it. If that's as bad as things get I'll be happy Whistle How goes life with the guys? They all staying healthy? Hope Auntie is coping better this week and giving you guys a little break earwise.

So sorry about the pups arthritis. It's hard when they get to that stage. Just like us with the creaky, achy joints. Rimadyl I believe requires tests on and off to make sure no liver or kidney damage is done by the meds. Maybe the Vet just wants to make sure your poochie has a healthy system that can handle the meds. I'd give him a call and see what he wants done after the week if your pet is doing that much better. I've been giving my two small pups a vitamin since I got them. Has a joint supplement in it. Their breed has a fragile system and it needs all the support it can get. They are doing great. I don't use Royal but I've heard it is pretty darn good. I hope pup stays acting "like new" for a long time to come.

LOL feeling lost without the sprinkling eh? I bet. It has become so second nature that I bet we don't even have to think about it anymore we just do. Now you have to hold back. Poor Vasa. You know I'm latching on to every word. I can't wait to get to that point but at the same time I know it's going to feel very very weird. You have this down to a science already. You'll do fine. I'm cheering you on for that 2-3 pound gain. Just so you are comfortable and happy. No pom-poms though...puppies ate them. Shame on you

Started Christmas shopping here today. I love this place. Sip coffee and shop. Heck cold and flu season you can't beat not going out in crowds. After dealing with the imported germies I'm staying put for a while.

You stay healthy and say HI to the menfolk. Keep your tiny self warm.

Sensa and me...staying home and shopping together...perfect!!!

Hi TOOMUCH!
Yesterday and today for a whole day could not figure out how to log on forums, did not have any indication about them on my Home page: thought they were gone. Then just put in Search window "forums" , and here they are. What is going on, very strange.
How are you and how is your weight?

Hey Vasa. Once in a great while they have to shake things up around here to keep us on our toes. LOL. Took me a minute but figured if I follow the little icon with people it would lead to something. It's always something.

I'm doing great. Busy week but productive. I'm now 15 and 1/2 lbs away from my 145 lb. goal. Can't believe it. Last year spent Christmas at 217 lbs. Got Dr. Hirsch's book. He dedicated it to his dad's memory. Was inspired by his lifelong struggle with obesity and it's issues. Lots of good info in it so I'm enjoying reading. So I guess you know what I'm thankful for this Thanksgiving. Sensa and HSN for having brought it to my attention. Talk about life working out funny.

How goes the gaining?? Have plans for the Holidays yet?? Now that you found the forum, me too, let me know how your battle upwards is going. How goes the pup?

Post...Winking

Sensa and me...happy happy together.

TOOMUCH!
You are very smart, and I probably, have a ADD, LOL.
I just could not figure it out at all, and I went to icon with people many times...

Staying on the same weight, according to my scale.
But on the 5th day without Sensa, I noticed that after breakfast, I am more hungry than usual today - I did not feel any hunger about 4-5 hours after breakfast before, now after 3 hours I am ready to eat. I don't like it, to say the truth! But it is what I want, LOL. Love and hate in the same time.

Dog is OK, medicine works, I think, he is happy.
Auntie is OK also for now, she feels better and thinks that she will live on the second floor soon. This means, that we will need to bring her bed upstairs again! This all is beyond circus.

Gutters fixed, and all small things came in order. Life is good again! The only question is - for how long, he-he.

Congrats on your weight!
Yes, when you compare these 2 numbers: now and from year ago, it is amazing!
What is the name of Dr. Hirsch's book? I want to buy it too.

You and yours have a nice weekend. And have a nice and happy Thanksgiving.
(Thank Goodness, I am not cooking this time!!!)

Hey hey Vasa!! Nah not smart just taking hint from facebook...see little people icon...click...usually find something. Dancing Everybody is doing little people faces. The world has been taken over by mini-me's d'oh!

Well it's good you are finally feeling a little bit more hungry. Will give you a chance to sneak in a little extra food. I can't imagine getting hungry after 3 hours anymore. Just trying to work in a piece of fruit some afternoons is a job. Hey you can relish the holidays a bit more. You've got a mission Lady Vasa just as important as the losing was. Now you have to get where you are happy. I can understand the love/hate deal. Would be nice if we could just settle at our ideal point and stay put.

Good pup...really glad the meds are working for him. He's lucky you noticed him limping so quickly. The earlier you get to it the better they are. Oh NO with Auntie. Any more moving her around and you will be an expert moving lady. I hope she has wide staircases. My mom's is steep and narrow. Well I hope if she goes back upstairs she stays healthy. You don't need the exercise.

LOL...you are too funny. I'm glad life is good again. Dang gutters anyway. It never ends Vasa. If it's not something directly involving us it's the kids or other relatives. Life is funny.

Book is easy. Sensa weight-loss program-The Accidental Discovery by Alan Hirsch, M.D. It's available on-line and I think at trysensa but not sure.

I want the excess skin a bit tighter by the Holidays so the 10's look better without the excess over. Being able to zip and button only half the battle. BUT..it's NOT a size 22 Dancing WOO HOO!!!

You have a wonderful Sunday and in case you get busy...Happy Thanksgiving to you too. You are part of the reason this has been a success story. Lucky you not to be cooking. We are borrowing DD's house but I'm doing some of the cooking. My acorn squash and sweet yams. The girls are doing the some of the other stuff. Should be fun. You make sure you eat.

Post when you can and wish the family a happy gobbler day.

Sensa and me...making sure there is only "1" gobble gobble at the dinner table..and it won't be me!!!

YES...my first Christmas order is shipped from HSN...I've officially started my shopping before Thanksgiving!!!!

HEY! And hi TOOMUCH!

"My acorn squash and sweet yams"...- sounds so yummy...Is there a special recipe?
Do you realize, that this time would be our first Thanksgiving "after Sensa"?
Interesting experience!

We are careful now about bringing Auntie's bed back LOL, will wait for awhile. DH says he is tired from endless chores...And her old furniture is so heavy, it is sure, different quality than modern. And her stairs are on narrow side also - old house.

I too almost completed my Christmas shopping. The most difficult part - gifts for men.

Have a funny and nice Thanksgiving!

I am telling to myself - be in control, do not overeat!I hate this heavy feeling of overeating! And I was always sleepy for several days after. This time it should be different.Whistle
