Hello friends. Posted this over on the other shopping place, but it was removed. Twice. s- not sure why someone would want this gone from the "Hello" thread in "Among Friends". MsD, Snappy, Basset, Lomo, GM, Issy, Patty and any of the folks who followed over to the Q to be able to stay in touch with MsD, I wanted you to know I was thinking of you. I'll not be posting again, at either place, so here's the message I wanted to send:
Great to see some old friends have found another place to meet at the Q. I've vowed not to post at our neighbor's. I peeked in and all I see are names from that "other" place. Looks like it has been over run with those who attempt to be kind and loving in one place ( but only if you're not on their hit list) then carry out their dirty deeds someplace else. Then you have the other faction who try to convince posters how bad the "others" are (and they are right in what they're saying), but they come on so mean and nasty that they are just as bad as the "others". No thanks. MsD, you are well rid of them and you shouldn't feel bad about not being able to post. many are not posting there voluntarily.
Anyway, I got the all clear to go back to work and started last week. I'm doing 4 days a week from home. Happy to feel useful again. Have not been feeling so useful since my aunt died and it's been harder emotionally than i thought.
Spring is springing and I'm occupied with my yard. I'm doing a lot of container gardening this year. Good thing my SO has a green thumb, because i DON'T. Hope you ladies are also enjoying the change of seasons. Best of everything to all of you. Take good care of yourselves ladies. I'll be taking a long hiatus but I enjoyed getting to know many of you. I hope our paths will cross in other places.
p.s. thank you to the others who preserved this post on their site. and then proceeded to speculate that my job involved prostitution. nice cr-is-tian ladies that they be.

Coco, maybe you will read this, maybe not. I won't pretend to understand, but I respect your decision.
Just know that you were always nice to me, and I enjoyed getting to know you. Glad you are recovered enough to work part time. You did a wonderful thing in caring for your aunt, and I hope and pray you will recover
emotionally. Glad you are enjoying your container gardening. Maybe we will meet again.

So we are very close. I live in Stoneville but work in Reidsville (Stoneville is where the tornado hit a few years ago but is no larger then Mayberry).

I guess "safe" depends on your perspective. In my opinion, no, it's never safe to post on this board. But what the hey, who cares anymore?

And she was and is still being bashed for doing it and yet a few more are doing the same thing but no one seems to complain about that. Hello to all! I haven't posted on this site in ages as I kind of forget about it when I'm over here browsing for bargains.
A beautiful day here and the snow is finally melting. I'm sure Mother Nature has a few more flurries in store for us before winter is over though.
The northern site is down today, supposedly until noon for updates to the boards, so I think a lot more people will be stopping by.
