They were custom watches - you could have any picture as the watch face. I jsut found a copy of my order form for 2 watches- and I never received them! This was January 2006 and now the phone number is disconnected.

The form indicates my hsn order #'s, I just emailed customer service asking for a credit since the items were never received. What do you think my chances are to get a credit from 3 1/2 years ago?? !!
