About a month ago, I started taking UWW, twice a day, once in the morning and once at bedtime. I did notice a difference in my PMS..not nearly as bloated or crampy before my period and also, no zits! :) I've also noticed my sex drive has increased signifigantly! Andrew, my husband thanks you! That's the good news. Now, over a week after my period, I find myself very moody, meloncholy, tearful but, usually only in the evenings. I felt this way when I was on birth control pills.
Has anyone else experienced this? Did it go away with time?
Also, my flow is still heavy and I had cramping during my period but, as I said above, none before. I'm wondering if this will also improve as I take the UWW longer. What has your experience been like?

I am in menopause and started taking WW several years ago, and it has helped immensely. I continue to take it everyday. I haven't taken the newest UWW yet, as I am using up a bottle first. I bought the 400 caps size last time he was on, I usually take one a day. Have you tried the Evening Primrose? I used to take one every day when I was still having periods and it did help with all those symptoms. I would recommend giving them a try. Hope it helps and you feel better. As far as se*xual desire...yes it makes a huge difference....I even mentioned it in my review....

I've decided to cut my dosage of UWW in half. Two a day is just too much. Hubby and I went to the movies Saturday night and granted, it was a sad movie but, I cried all the way home! I knew right then, I had to do something to get myself under control. Just one day w/ one dose and I feel like I have my emotions more in control. I can't wait to get my evening primrose oil!!
