I wrote a review for this duster based on my experience with a size medium (that I typically wear in her jackets). I went by the Garment Measurements Chart and ordered it when it was a TSV. When it came, I couldn't button it and the bottom part flared out and was too large, and, with the pockets, made me look wide. Well, I decided to give it another try and ordered up to a size large. It arrived today, and I can't believe the difference. This one fits great and is very slimming. I want to let anyone know who might be on the fence about ordering it. (If the price comes down, I would be interested in ordering another color.)

I have this jacket and I love it..it fits perfect and is very slimming..plus, got a lot of compliments.

Too bad you had to send your's back to get the right fit, but it seems you're happy with the different size.

I will also grab another one if it goes on sale.

I find with her clothing, I always have to "down size" ..and so glad I did because this jacke is perfect in every way. Also the denim jacket with the pintucking..fabulous, looks fantastic on. I also sized down,even though this one is fitted.

Hi, Bassetbabe, blueeys, and CarolinaModel! Yes, it drives me nuts when I follow the garment measurements chart (not the "general" HSN size chart) and the item doesn't come close. The few DG purchases I've made I have had to size down to a medium in jackets, so it was irritating to get this beautiful duster and it's too small on top and too big at the hips. I think I got a weird one the first time, but the large that I got in black is just beautiful. I'd love a red one, but price is too high (no TSV price for my second one!), and I'm also afraid of taking a chance and getting another goofy-sized one.
