I noticed today that HSN is finally offering some shoes in narrow width. Granted, narrows are only offered in the smaller sizes (which unfortunately excludes me), but it's a start.
Hopefully you narrow-footed ladies out there will snap these up so that perhaps HSN will consider offering some options for we long and narrow-footed ladies, too.

I used to have a narrow foot and now it is wide with age.
