The "Great Gift Giveaway" game has not worked for me at all since it began. I too get the "bonus play" screen (when I didn't play the first time). Then, when I try to play the "bonus," nothing comes up except "hope you had fun." Please, HSN, fix this. I would love to have some "free shipping" or "percent off" coupons with the holidays coming. It'd be awesome if we could use these coupons on CLEARANCE items, too! Thanks for listening.

I hear you shortdiva...I play a lot...I have everyone in my family playing and sending to friends and I win NOTHING....Why bother with coupons if no one gets to win them. I have the number in plays to show that this game is a bunch of crock!

I haven't had any trouble playing the game. The boxes move so fast that it makes me dizzy. I did win a free shipping code yesterday but didn't bother to read all of the restrictions on it.

I've played since day 1 and not had a problem. I haven't "won" anything by picking the correct box but I did get a 10% off coupon for playing and it's even good on clearance, sale and special event pricing which is unusual.

I haven't had any trouble with this game either, but like it has been said, the boxes move so fast, you can't keep track of them anyway. It would be nice to win something on it, like a gift card.

I have played three times and have won one free shipping coupon. I have to close my eyes, though, during the moving-boxes frenzy so my eye muscles won't strain and lock up. I always pick the box on the right.

I'm not giving them any more friend email addresses. I haven't won either. And I haven't bought anything since the game started. Got some great stuff from Sephora when they had their 20 percent off your entire order.

Is this game intended to draw in new customers? I never buy from HSN and recieved a 20% off coupon for playing on Wed. It reminds me of QVC's big birthday celebration two years ago. I use to buy from QVC All The Time and didn't win a dang thing in their drawing. One of the big winners was a lady that never shopped with them. I remember her saying that on air. I'll take the 20% off HSN coupon and be happy!
