I have been trying to sign in to play for a couple of hours and keep getting an error message. Then I got an email message thanking me for playing the game! Have others actually had success today?

I signed into the game then a screen came up saying thank you for playing. I never got into the game or played. Not a good start.

I played right after midnight and then my husband played this morning...not winning anything but game was working fine...

Maybe hsn "fixed" the game not work on certain email addresses or at during certain times during the day.

I have tried to play this new game for two days and all I get is "an error has occurred". Then an email saying Thank you for playing our new game!! Now I know that I'm not the only one having this problem. I have a MAC so I wonder if that has anything to do with it. HSN, please fix this ERROR. I want to play too!!

Ok, now I think that I know what was wrong. I went back to try to play the Game again, and unchecked the second box that said "send me exclusive emails and offers" or something like that; and typed my email name in and it worked this time. I was finally registered!!! Hope that this helps others in my situation.

janiebyrd, thanks for the suggestion. Unchecking the box worked for me. I have a Mac also.

I got the error message too,and the email thanking me for playing.HSN used to have good games but the past few have been nothing but irritating I don't know if I'm going to bother with them anymore.

i unchecked the second box and it came right up,how strange,and i have a pc so it isn't just macs.
