That is such a great idea - for newbies especially! I probably have 6 brand new full size 'in stock' still though so I'm not ordering.

This is a great deal and even with the s/h cost it still comes out to the best price per ounce of any of the meltdown offers!

Thanks for the heads up on this! I was down to my last jar of meltdown-vanilla meringue. Just ordered this and look forward to trying all of the rest of the flavors again! What a great idea! I was waiting for the two for one, but this is super.

My hubby called and told me mine have arrived and are at home waiting for me! Of course, I told him that pkgd as they are, they are perfect as gifts and stocking stuffers since even w/ S&H, they only cost $5 each. Think he believed me?!?! LOL

Broomie....these are mine, all mine! LOL! I just love these meltdowns! Mine have been shipped, so they should show up here in a couple of days. Not a monent too soon for me! I gave some for Christmas gifts last year, and you know, I never heard if my recipients liked them or not. Sigh........Can't imagine anyone not liking them!

TexasMom1, funny you should say that. I gave my mom one last year and she looked at me funny. Later she asked me, "What, you think I dont wash my face?". I laughed and told her that I loved these so I thought she might too. Just the other day, after a year of saying nothing more about it, she asked if she may get one under the tree since hers was completely gone!
BTW, I'm also in TX, near Austin.

Broomie, I am in North Texas area, Mid Cities area. Don't you just love Austin? One of my DD goes to UT, we are Longhorns and my Texas flag is flying out front, we bleed orange here! I had to laugh ar your response, I always thought the two ladies I gave the meltdowns probably thought the same thing! I just love them though. My older sister uses Ponds so I just might share one with her this weekend when she comes to visit. I am such a skin care junkie I love it all! Do you use anything else from the SCA line? I use the hyaluronic acid day cream with SPF and the 5E. Tried the dark eye capsules and just can't decide if they helped the dark circles or not. Don't know if I will reorder those or not. I have pretty much stayed with the meltdowns and the 5E cream faithfully for many years.

I do love the melts better than anything else she makes but I have a few other favs as well. Her automatic eye pencils are better than any I have ever tried. The 8 butters makeup which I had trouble using at 1st is now a huge fav of mine after I learned to use a primer 1st. I love all her powders, they are always a nice creamy texture and not drying. As for her skin care, the older I get (I'm 49), the better it looks. I have used a mixture of SSC and Avon for years but SSC has dissolutioned me horribly the last couple of years and Avon is too high priced buying the Anew line. I have found I really like the Loreal Revitalift line, it has retinol and is changing the texture of my skin for the better.
Would like to give 1 rave for an Avon product. Skin So Soft Age-Defying Corrective Neck & Chest treatment. I have horrible sun damage on my chest area and this product has given me VISIBLE results! It looks better, it feels better and it absorbs instantly. What are you having success with?

Morning Broomie! Well, in age I have about 10 years on you, but I have been told I don't look it, so my obsession with skin care all these years has paid off. That is what I keep telling DH anyway! I have never been a "sun" person and I probably need to slather on cream on my neck and chest, just to start. I try to use moisturizer and smooth it all the way down but I am not consistent. I do have a jar of Wei East neck and chest cream unopened that I need to maybe try. One more thing to add to the daily routine!. Have a great weekend! DH going to Austin to see the Horns play UCF and it is beautiful weather here up in North Texas. BTW, I do have an eye pencil SCA that I need to start using. I do like her lipsticks also. Very creamy, at least the ones I have received. You can never tell the shade because they just number it and it seems I get different ones all the time if I order a kit!

TexasMom1, unless you like the feel of crisco on your neck, I suggest you leave the WE chest cream sealed and sell it on ebay! I hated how thick it was and it now sits on my nightstand and I use it on my heels and elbows before bed. Very heavy!
As for her lipsticks, I forgot, I do really love her No Transfer lip wands too. They were one of the original No Transfers on the market and I still think they feel the best.

I do love the SCA melt downs that's for sure. I don't know what it is lately, but I am not as excited to spend $30.00 on face cleanser. Maybe with S&H being so high, I am growing tired of spending so much on products like this. So I bought a Ponds cold cream from the grocery store, for around 5 bucks. I put it on my face and wipe off with damp warm wash cloth, and seriously, I don't think the melt down is a better product.
have any of you tried the Ponds cold cream?

W007, Thanks for a great idea! I will give Pond's cold cream a try, & I love the great value ~ $5. rather than $30. sounds great to me! I agree with you about the high S&H, which I get tired of also! I am trying very hard to watch my spending, & I appreciate the help I have gotten on these forums. Thanks again!!

Yes. I find the cold cream hard to spread onto my face and VERY difficult to rinse off, especially from my eyelashes and eyebrows. The meltdowns are much more creamy, rinse off easily, and have the added bonus of smelling luscious!

I have been using the meltdowns for 7 years. They are by far the best product in the SCA line.

Kathy Jo, After reading about your experience with Pond's cold cream, I am re-thinking trying it. I do agree with you that Adrienne's meltdowns are not only great at taking off makeup, but every one I have tried does smell luscious! My Mom also loves it! This 6 piece offer is a good way to try some scents that one hasn't tried yet...Thanks 4 your post!!!
