 This is 1 product of Joy's that I LOVE!!! I see that it's back. I love it and highly recommend it for anyone who has any neck or shoulder problems - that's where I use it and it helps. I would like for it to eventually have heat in it.

It might have been easier to find if I had spelled the actual item correctly. LOL - sorry about that. Anyway, I have 2 of them already - I bought them when they 1st came out - I think maybe in 2004? The only problem I have had with them (only 1) is that the slow setting does not work - only high. However, it did when I 1st got it. I have used them a lot and they are worth it. I usually don't brag or highly recommend anything, but I do this. I just wish it had heat - just based on my own aches and pains.
