momska, i sure feel bad for you, as what a mixed-up mess...like they just now caught-it..what took them so-long...if this is really what happened....what kind of books are they keeping, as it should all be on the computer...thanks momska for posting..and thoughts and prayers headed your way, and lets hope they get this worked-out...and you don't owe them anything...

MOMSKA, I have been thinking about you and hoping no news was good news. So glad you have been in touch today. I can't tell you how sorry I am about your problems with Soc. Sec.! Unbelievable! I hope and pray that you can come to some other resolution that won't impact you in such a painful way.
Are you feeling better these days?
You never need to apologize for not being here. We think of you and love you whether we hear from you or not.
Of course, we prefer to hear. :), but we understand.
Hope you are getting some restful sleep.

Good evening one and all.  Raeli, I hope MOMSKA can find an advocate. I'm concerned about her. I saw on another thread that your cataract surgery was successful. Good for you, and so glad it's over. Don't you have to wear a patch over the eye for 24 hours? I did, and the doc removed it the next day. Hello, devia, enjoy a nice evening.

No patch, no nothing....except eye drops......AND IT'S KIL/LING ME!!! It's tearing and burning so I may go to bed early......according to the literature they gave me, it's all normal stuff but I had none of this with the other eye. I had a different surgeon this time and nothing was the same......tomorrow is another day.

Hi, Raeli. I had 3 different drops to use 4 times a day. One of them burned a lot. The same doctor did both of mine at the same place, but it was all different also. The end result was good, and yours will be too.

Glad you are OK Raeli, yes the drops I used set me on fire. I did it a couple of years ago and one eye was nothing the second one brought tears to my eyes each time I put them drops in, Crying tears it hurt. So hope that tomorrow will be a better day.

Yes,and then when it's on as a rerun, he will say he's never seen it. I always tell him that's because he slept through it, but I remember it.

MOMSKA, this is messed up about your SS. Maybe you can arrange payments, possibly taken out of your monthly check. Surely they must realize you can't possibly pay it all at once. This was THEIR mistake not yours, so they should work with you.

Happy Wednesday afternoon, everyone. GardenMama, so good to hear from you. When I went to the dentist on Monday, all the workers in the building were either sitting in their dark waiting rooms, or milling around outside in the patio. The power to the whole building was off, and nobody had been notified in advance. I made another appointment for tomorrow. Are you feeling well these daya?

The church voted me a raise and then when finances got bad, took it back! They deducted it from my twice-a-month check........IRRRRIIIIITTTAAAATIIINNNGGG.....
