Yep, these are going back. I've had the Fresh Linen open for days and like others have said I can't smell them unless I pick one up and put it right under my nose. I got two scents but decided to only open one at first so I wouldn't overwhelm the house - obviously not a problem. Not even going to open the Tranquil Escape.
BTW I couldn't find them under any search on HSN either (I wanted to read everyone's reviews to see if they had 5 stars & I was crazy) so I live-chatted with Customer Service and here's his reply:
"I'm sorry for the confusion. I show this item is currently sold out. You may wish to check the forums to see if anyone has posted there about them. We remove items that are not currently available from the website to prevent confusion."
Strange policy.

Thank you all so much for comments on this product. I did order, but cancelled. Thought I would wait and read the reviews before spending MORE money that I really can't afford. Seems to me that prices are getting higher for items that are "IMPORTED", and I have made an early New Year's resolution to only buy clearance that is a steal, or just put in on my wish list in the event it is reduced. Now that the weather will get cooler, think I'll get my butt off the couch and go walk around shops, talk to people and forgo flex-pay, as my money is gone by the time my SSD check comes in. I keep trying to remind myself that I really don't NEED anything.
I do love HSN and have bought some great stuff over the years. Just wanted to throw that in there.

I received my Forever Fragerance in the can version and they don't smell at all only if you put your nose up close then you hardley could smell it then, I'm so happy I cancelled the TSV , I'm out of 15.00 , if I return it I loose my postage to mail them back what a rip off, I heard a lady say on air, she was buying a bunch for Christmas presents , she is going to be really disappointed and it will cost her a lot to send them back,
How could HSN let this get on air.

Thank goodness this was sold out when I came back later in the day it was TSV to buy it. It was gonna be a gift, too. How embarrassing would that be?

Sometimes you can find the archived pages thru google, especially if you have the exact name of the product or the item #

I'm happy I cancelled mine. I too was hoping they would work. I just couldn't believe how "strong" the scent could be with hosts standing in front and behind of 1000 of other FF without becoming sick from all the different smells.

What is the deal with you not being able to post feedback? Isn't that the point? Or, can you only leave review if you think it's a 5 star product? I didn't like the fact the original reviews were gone. Makes you wonder what is really going on.

I've noticed this a LOT, Lucy, especially when a product is panned really bad. What they seem to do is give it a new item # and POOF, all the bad reviews just disappear, like *magic*.

I bought the linen, there is no fragrance at all. Very disppointed. It was too late for me to cancel the vanilla amber, but I will be sending it back.

These are going back. I bought 2 scents and the only way you can smell them is if you put them under your nose. I should have know better, but they ed me in again. I want to get reimbursed for my shipping.....This was false advertising on HSN's part. Junk.

I received my Vanilla Amber a couple of days ago and what a disappointment this item is. The scent itself is quite nice, however after just 2 days there was no noticable smell unless you put the item right under your nose and it was barely there at that. I put sticks in every room along with the disks on my lower living level and even that didn't work. With one in each space, something should have been noticed.

I don't know what went wrong with this product but these should have never been sold claiming up to two years..........not even 2 days. This is really false advertising I think and it's going back tomorrow. Now I'm out the return shipping for a failed product. Doesn't seem quite fair! Live and learn I guess.

if you read the warranty card or the card that comes with it the key word being UP to two years meaning that it could last a day or hardly i would add two years, i am ashamed to admit this but my 14 year old son pointed that out to me. I ordered the same and it did not even make it 24 hourssooooooooo that was the straw that broke the so called camels back no more joy the enterpraneur spelling leaves a lot to be desired most of her inventions are not that good. i am so tired of seeing her..I think she does not invent a thing i think she goes out travels and finds things tweaks them then calls them her own..wish everyone out there a wonderful hsn holiday filled with nice gifts... i do love hsn just not JM

OMG both mine are going back. I cannot believe I fell for the "overselling" of this product. I like the scent...but am not getting anything like a room fragranced by these dumb sticks. Normally I don't complain about anything........so nice to see that I am not alone in this. oh well...live and learn. Brick wall

I purchased the Fresh Linen and the Holiday Home. The Fresh Linen is a lovely scent and it is making a big difference in my window-less bathroom. The Holiday Home is an overpowering, and for me, sickly sweet fragrance that I can not stand. I will keep the Fresh Linen and return the Holiday Home.

Have been shopping w/HSN for many years now and have never posted a comment until now. I have NEVER felt as ripped off as I have from the purchase of JM's Forever Fragrant. The even more frustrating part, is that I, like many others on this forum, was not able to pull up the product by item # to post feedback.

I only smelled the fragrance for a couple of hours and that was right after I opened the package. The fragrance did not even last 24-hours. This is false advertising and based on the comments of many in being disappointed, HSN needs to pull this product and JM needs to apologize to the HSN customers. WASTE of MONEY!!

I have noticed that when a product gets a lot of bad reviews on HSN that they remove the ad or replace it with a new one that has no reviews.

I bought all three scents. What a waist of money. The vanilla is so soft it doesn't even smell unless you pick it up and have it right at your nose. I agree about the hangers they are good. Nothing else is that good. The luggage fell apart after 6 months and most things get returned if possible (the luggage was over 30 days when it first fell apart). These fragrance sticks are a waste of money. Wish they had worked. By the way the disks even in a small area do not smell. Back to my Slatkin's.

Good, Better, Best, never let it rest, til your Good is Better and your Better is Best.

JOY MANGANO HAD A GREAT INVENTION-WELL, NOT REALLY HER INVENTION, RATHER- SHE COPIED IT FROM THE LAUNDRY/DRY CLEAN HANGERS (WIRE HANGERS WRAPPED IN FOAM) REMEMBER?, MODIFIED AND IMPROVED ON AN INVENTION. SHE SHOULD HAVE STOPPED AT THAT. INSTEAD, SHE BECAME THE USUAL "GREEDY-EYED MONSTER, WHO SAW HERSELF AS THE " GREAT MOTHER OF ALL INVENTIONS". HIT OR MISS-AT THE EXPENSE OF THE TRUSTING CONSUMERS WHO. PLEASE STOP THE FRAUD JOY MANGANO!!!!!!
