I brought Joy's forever fragrant, one tranquil and the other vanilla. After a week, I can't smell the tranquil (didn't open the vanilla, yet). What went wong? It didn't last 2 weeks, let alone to years! Anyone else with this situation?

I never believe it when I am told how many years things are supposed to last anymore.. Once HSN's 30 day return policy is up you are with it..and they have their money..then you go in circles trying to solve the problem..alone...and can never win..
I will say what I have said before..look at how many of us fell for the Ultrex warranty...that taught me a lesson the hard way($800 atleast in the trash!)...not that I ever expected it to last 25 years or more...but atleast a few years..

Doesn't it say it has a "limited warranty" for one year, whatever that means! I just can't believe anything will last two years! But if they actually honored the warranty up to a year, it may be worth the money, if it actually would work!
Everyone has the will to win but only a few have the will to prepare

"What went wrong?" It was Joy's product. 'Nuff said except I'm sorry for your disappointment.

Sorry to hear of your displeasure Calsgirl. My thoughts on Joy Mangano is the only thing that seems to be "forever" is HSN has her on every weekend forever and forever. I never bother to watch anymore as she's so hard sell and I don't feel that her products are that good.

First off, I want to say that I really like Joy's hangers. For me, they do EVERYTHING she says they will. Sadly, I can not say the same for the recent special presentation of her Forever Fragrant sticks. I received the linen set first. It has been opened for 24 hours now, in a room with opposing windows that are open, hence there is definitely a good cross breeze. Unless I'm standing right next to them, I can not smell them. I'm giving them the weekend, and then they go back. I'm very disappointed. Not to be snide, but the way these sticks were presented, I thought I'd have to step back when I opened them, for fear of being overpowered by the scent. The disk I hung in my laundry room does nothing much, either. And as for the high tech "scent protecting" packaging that was mentioned several times..REALLY? It doesn't appear to be anything more than a zip lock plastic bag.
Is it possible that this is a bad batch of the product?
Again, her hangers are awesome. These things, not so much.
Oh, and why can't I post a review on this item under the product number? I've seen other sold out items that were still there, with reviews.

Just got mine today so the jury's still out. Do you know the item #s not even active any more? Found that strange. I tried to look them up because I thought she said they were infused wood sticks. Well, mine sure look like plastic.
Love the hangers!

I find this whole fragrant stick thing rather odd. I purchased and returned mine the first time they were aired (got the wrong scent along with 100's of other people). I tried to post a review and found the product to be nowhere on the HSN site. I thought we had seen the end of the these "amazing sticks" until Joy's Anniversary show and, "oh my gosh" there they were again! Now, again nowhere on the HSN site (except for here) to write a review. I wonder why?

I'm happy I cancelled mine. I too was hoping they would work. I just couldn't believe how "strong" the scent could be with hosts standing in front and behind of 1000 of other FF without becoming sick from all the different smells.
What is the deal with you not being able to post feedback? Isn't that the point? Or, can you only leave review if you think it's a 5 star product? I didn't like the fact the original reviews were gone. Makes you wonder what is really going on.

Well, mine have been out in the kitchen all day. I can't smell anything unless I get within a foot of them. They are going back!

That's almost on the verge of being false advertisement..... I had initially bought 5 but canceled after thinking on it. I wonder if they really sold over 100,000 as the counter showed. Joy said she has never seen the counter go that high. I remember 1 of her hanger shoes and the counter did go over 100,000 and she couldn't believe it then. So, I know at least 2 times it did - on her own show.

I'm so disappointed in how HSN handled the JM frangrance sticks - I think it's very deceptive. I purchased 3 the first time and they hardly smell, but I didn't open them right away, so I was past the 30 days to return them. I wanted to post a review when I saw they were a TSV and couldn't do it "because it wasn't the same product number". hmmmm..... thought I could trust JM and HSN, but I won't be a customer any longer.

Do you actually have to use them for 2 yrs before you see any results? LOL I just can't see how they can eliminate odors and leave your house smelling like the fragrant itself.

I, too, like many others, am totally disappointed with the fragrance sticks and discs....did not really expect two years, but not to work at all is a total ripoff......would comment further, but have to go buy some air fresheners that really work...bad choice HSN.....
