This is the only JM product I have been very tempted to get, but it sold out.

I love these! I got several of each scent and will be giving them as house gifts and holiday gifts . I love the fact that the scents last and develop as you use them and that they are subtle as opposed to overwhelming. I also appreciate that the product is environmentally friendly and that it is approved by Good Housekeeping
My favorite scents are Fresh Linen and Vanilla Amber. I just hope I will be able to reorder them, as they aren't available on the website right now.

Just got them today in the mail. I ordered two sets and was very excited to recieve them, until I opened the box and realized they sent me the wrong ones! I ordered the tranquil espcape(even went and checked my order status to make sure I wasn't making the mistake) and recieved the garden scent. I like the way they smell but, my husband says it smells too "girly" in our house now..lol. This is why I ordered the tranquil escape because I knew my husband would like the clean, spa scent they claimed it had. Oh well, now I looked online and they are no longer on here so I don't want to send them back and then have to wait no telling how long to get the right ones. Has anyone else had this problem?? Other than that they have a nice subtle scent. Nothing too strong, but will have to wait to see how long they really do last, and if they do last 2 years then my husband will just have to deal with the scent for that long..lol!

I too, also ordered the spa (blue colored)sticks and was sent and received the pink, red, foral scent in error. My invoice, states that I received the Spa?? I wasn't able to see any reviews on this website, but typed in Joy Mangano Fragrant Scent sticks on the internet and found the reviews there. I added my own too. I guess I will send it back. It is a very,very, sweet smelling scent and not to my liking. Several people received the wrong scent- pretty much all the reviews stated this. Not sure what happened. I am hoping HSN or Joy will issue some statement as to what happened and perhaps an apology. After all, we all spent $30+ dollars in good faith that we would receive what we ordered.

I also received an incorrect order...ordered the Tranquil Escape (blue)& received the Garden Floral (red). Since they are sold out of the items I can't even request an exchange. Did get Customer Service to agree that I will not be charged the return postage fee.
Another person that posted here said they hope HSN or Joy will issue some statement or perhaps apologize. Don't hold your breath, HSN is there to promote her only, not apologize for any issues. Just think about some of Joy's other horrible "inventions"...after close to 5 years HSN still sells her Clothes it All Luggage which have always had poor reviews.

I ordered 2 sets: vanilla & garden. Guess what I got?? Yup, I did get the vanilla but also the blue (tranquil escape). Will keep them but am anxious to see if they truly last two years.

Me too! I ordered the green one, but was delivered the pink floral, I don't care for florals. So many people got the wrong one???!
The scent is a tad too strong but I like the item a lot- I can smell it from a distance and it has really freshened up the stagnant air just inside my front door. I would order one of the other fragrances next time. The effect is much stronger and better than any reed diffuser or anything I've used so far, you can actually smell it! And I don't even use all the "reeds" because it is so effective with a few. Maybe I'll put some into another jar and put it somewhere else.

I got the vanilla and thats what I ordered. What are the disk-shaped things for and since there were no instructions, do you do anything with the sticks like bend them to get them to release the scent and do you use all of the sticks or just a few. I know that this isn't rocket science but I don't smell much yet. I've had them for a day. Can't stand JM but this idea hooked me.

My mom order the auqa and ended up with the red. She has severe lung problems and in her apartment it was just too strong. She gave them to me and I LOVE it. I have tried looking for it to purchase more, but haven't been able to find them. I have large room that is connected to my kitchen and wherever you go downstairs you can smell it. It is a wonderful fragrance. It reminds me of when I spent time in Hawaii. I took the disks and put one in my van hanging from my rear view mirror and I put the other my nightstand. It's wonderful to wake up in the morning and go to sleep with this wonderful smell. It's also pleasant to open the van and NOT smell soccer bag or other!

I'm curious, for those of you who received the FF sticks, was the interior of the glass holder cloudy? I just received the Fresh Linen and the interior of the glass holder is a cloudy cream color, while the outside is clear glass. Just wondered if this is how they actually come? I thought the holders were colored throughout the glass. Pondering . . .

NORTHWESTWI - Yes, I also have the Fresh Linen scent and the vase is cloudy on the inside. Don't know if the vase is styled that way. Actually, when I noticed the cloudiness yesterday, I remember thinking that it didn't look that way when I first opened the box. Dunno - probably sending everything back anyway. I have already canceled my order for the Holiday Scent, or whatever it was. It's a shame - I was kinda excited by the concept.

Don't waste your money on these!! I was extremely disapponted. There is very little fragrance and you can't smell them until you practically touch them to your nose. What good is that??? I am sending mine back!

 Don't waste your money. They do not fill the room with fragrance. I couldn't even smell it in my closet where I put a disc. I sent it back.

I received the amber scent today and just love it! I am allergic to strong scents, and this is just perfect. I only put out a few sticks and it is perfect. It is a vanille/musk/carmel, without being too sweet. If they re-offer this item, will definitely purchase the amber again.

I received my correct sets. I was not happy with the first and it was too late to cancel the second before it was shipped. the smell does not emit the whole room. only when you are up close. I will give it a few more days, and back they go. Very disappointed in Joy. I have tons of the hangers. I don't think the smell will last two weeks, never mind two years.

I found the same thing with mine, I should have known when they made such a big deal that they were trying to get rid of them for a reason.

WHEW!!!I RECIEVED MY JOY MANAGO FRAGRANT STICKS TODAY. COULD NOT STAND THE SMELL. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! THIS IS GOING BACK. THERE ARE TOO MANY NICE SCENTS OUT THERE TO HAVE A FIFTY CENT SMELL LIKE THIS VERY POOR PRODUCT. VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS PRODUCT.
