Why when I get to the birthday game does it say thank you for playing and I did not play? It also says I won a bonus game, but that too never takes me to the 3 birthdays boxes, it is as if I DID play... but did'nt? Hope I made myself clear...help..I feel like I am losing out!!

The game ends at 11:59 PM(ET),tomorrow,Aug.2.The sweepstakes part ended July 29.

I play everyday, I won free s&h and then 20% off, too many restrictions. Never used either.

i also played everyday and won nothing, but then it's just a game....so good-luck and congratulations to all those that won something...it was fun.....

It is hard to believe that HSN has put so many rules on this $100K Birthday Game!.
I've played this month and received several 15% and 20% off my next product. But every product I wanted to purchase (with free shipping/not free shipping, over $100/under $100 dollars, on clearance/not on clearance) Tried, clothing, vitamins, bath and beauty - can't use the discount.
I keep getting that the product does not fit the rules. This is frustrating as it looks like a false game to me.
The question becomes, if you are going to offer a b'day game then why so many rules?
Very disappointed of the perception of HSN right now.

HSN has very strict restrictions on their games. July is their birthday month so many items are priced lower which TAKES AWAY from us using coupons.
I hear you can use free shipping on clearance items but never tried it.
It's nice to get the coupons but yes, you can't use them on much!!

I, too was surprised to see Estaban still selling guitars on HSN. I purchased the 8th Anniversary one (with the inlaid roses) only to find out that the neck was warped during manufacture and not playable.  In addition, it was sold out and no longer being manufactured! Apparently this happens frequently with his products, so beware if you're thinking of purchasing one. Fortunately, I had the warranty and was refunded the purchase price. Too bad the guitar was defective, as it was beautiful.
