I also have tried to use both coupons codes I won and both were not able to be used.
The last game in my opinion was better I wont 2 coupons codes and a $30 GC.

Greetings! I haven't been lucky enough to win any gift cards or free shipping offers, however, I have won a couple of coupons that entitled me to receive 10% off of one item, with a maximum savings of $50. A Customer Rep told me that you CAN NOT USE IT (10% coupon) ON CLEARANCE ITEMS or ANY PRICE IN "RED". Just passing this information on. It seems there is some confusion on how the coupons can be used. ~Carrie

your percentage off coupons, can't be used on clearance, but if you get a free shipping coupon you can...I have used mine on clearance...a heidi ring on clearance...I won another 15% off yesterday, but nothing today...but that is ok...maybe tomorrow I'll win a gift card!

I think it's nice that HSN offers games. I just wish that I would win.....I didn't win once on the last 2 games they have had. So far, I haven't won yet on this one either.
I think these "games" are based on how much money you spend on regular priced merchandise....or possibly if you are a new customer.....or a returning customer who has bought a lot in the past. I don't fit in any of those categories, so I never win.
The "games" actually DISCOURAGE me from buying from HSN because I believe they are fixed so that some customers win more often than others. Just my opinion.

wow, I've lost count of the many codes I've won, have used alot of them...I still have 2 free shipping and 2 10% left....I used my 15% on the red zircon ring, that saved me a little over 10 bucks....thanks again, hsn, I'm off to do more shopping!

 I used another free shipping on colleens small red ring box...I love those boxes...I had a small gray one, then a few days ago, I ordered the larger brown one...and than they got the smaller ones back in and now I have another one... I still have one free shipping and 2 10% off coupons left...

Won many times, Free Shipping, 20%,15% i always tell a friend for more chances to play the game.....I played last year too. But last year they did not include clearance items ........... It's better this year because .There is so much to choose from the clearance section..... No sale items or event price items,or todays special............I also check free shipping items then i use my 10,15,or 20% WOW..................

hello everyone,i also won $50 off an item. i wanted to order a vacuum. i did but i only saved 11 dollars. rep said i had to make a purchase of 500$ or more to get the entire 50. so it was actually 10 percent on my item. kind of sad but i ordered the vac anyway. HAPPY SHOPPING EVERYONE!

Some people use many other peoples log-on names...friends, relatives, etc. I only have one name and use it once a day. I've won a few times but usually can't use the coupon. I did order a Heidi Daus item and saved $43.99 but that was rare. I should not have spent so much on a necklace but I did. I think the game may be geared to people who recently have spent money with HSN or people who spend a lot of money. Only a guess. Good luck. Less than two weeks to go.
