Anxiously awaiting my flip and fold...:-) Just goes to show how we are all different..I can't think of any reason to use a flip and fold..Of course, my mother taught me at a young age, how to properly fold clothes.we had washed in a tub, a non electric wringer and hung on the line..We would sprinkle the clothes w/water and roll them up and wait a while, if they needed ironing, and everything did.LOL..but HH are a real joy..They are thin, very flexable, practically non-breakable, and NOTHING slides off and goes astray on the hanger, so when you take your newly washed/cleaned shirts out, they are the same as they went in..NO shoulder bumps, and no Slide offs..Try one set of suit hangers, they are stronger and more versible..You BFF will really love them too..Good luck with the flip and fold

I just received my first purchase of HH after watching (Mute button on) for about five years. I wish the hooks swiveled.

I have been very unhappy with my huggable hangers and left bad reviews because of it. HSN pulled my reviews off!! Has anyone had this problem?....with HSN pulling their bad reviews? I'll be surprised if this even makes it to the forum for anyone to read! She claims you get a lot more space with huggable hangers but I bought over 650 hangers and they take up the same amount of space as my other hangers did and I'm using the cascading hooks! The only way I can see them saving you space is if you are using only padded hangers then switch to the huggable hangers. The huggable hangers are nice looking and they do make your closet look attractive but let's be honest.....where is the extra space? There really isn't any! And you're right.....the the skirt/pants hooks aren't strong enough.

Try and give one a good twist and it should swivel for you. Perhaps you tried to do it on one that is st/u/ck for some reason. It may take a little pressure, but it should work.

Yes, each of the HHs definitely swivels. And, after three years, only one of my HHs has snapped -- and it was my fault, so I am loving them. BUT, Joy, would you please tweak the pants/skirt clips so that they pinch harder? My pants and skirts are falling on the closet floor!
