I luv these hangers a friend of mine got me turned on tothem. I have never had any problems with them so from what others are saying I guess I'm lucky. I can't pass up a bargain either so I got the TS of 250 hangers plus extras and was able to apply a coupon to cut the cost down by $20.00 plus free shipping and handling. I just don't know what I'm going to do with 250 hangers because I've already replaced the majority of the hanger with these earlier in the year well all i can say is - look out family you're all getting hangers for Christmas. LOL I see at a couple local stores huggable hangers are becoming available but the value of the TS was to good to pass up. Now bring on the show that's giving away all that cash my hand is itching come on big money. LOL

love my HH but I think the thing that saves ME more space in my closet is NOT the hanger, it the cleaning out of old clothes and getting rid of old clothes that makes more room, not realy the hanger.

I just can't figure out why everyone likes them. They look like colored wire hangers. Would someone please explain it to me? Anxiously awaiting my flip and fold...:-)

They are more substantial than wire hangers and keep their shape. They're thin and uniform in size. You can hang something damp on them and won't get those pointy things in the shoulders of your garments. My HHs are all the same color, and my closets look fabbo.

Is it true it is has the capacity to hang things from the hanger itself, like the matching skirt to a top, etc.?

I buy the clips (which in my opinion should be a smaller size with a tighter pinch) and snap two of those to a hanger, then clip a skirt or pair of pants, and then hang the matching jacket on top of the same hanger. I do this with heavier weight winter clothes, too, without a problem.

Overall, like these hangers and have many sets. The Quality is not alwyas uniform, some hooks are longer then others and some of the fabric is pitted. They do collect lint and when you have the lighter colors the lint makes them look dingee. Would actually like these if they did not have the slip free fabric and would like if they were smooth. My husband and boys do not like them as it is hard to get shirts off them. But all in all I am happy with them as I am an organization nut and like things to match.

Both of my over the door hooks snapped in half after a year of use. I only used them for my Stan Herman chenille robe. I prefer the other brand.

CATHERINE wrote:May sound silly but if they are a cloth like material, don't they get dusty and how would you keep them clean? I've dropped them while hanging something up and, with four cats and a dog, the hangers will pick up some hair from the rug. I simply take a lint roller and it removes the hair and any dust that may have accumulated on the hanger.

Hi MsLomo...My closets look fabbo also (ALL Red!!), however, no one that I have heard has ever mentioned that to remove a garment from the closet you must remove the hanger first. Your clothes stick like velcro! No more reaching into a closet and scooping a blouse off a hanger. If you don't mind doing that, they are fantastic. I guess I resent it a little when Joy pushes all the clothes to one side in the demo closet because if you hung your clothing that way with a lot in the closet, you would have trouble getting the item out. However, on a positive note, Joy is correct in saying that they don't fall off the hanger onto the floor!

I no longer watch the presentations, but I have bought hundreds of these hangers. Did my closet in burgandy when she first starting selling them and there were not so many color choices. Did hubbys in camel. Bought persimmon for entry cloet, and hundreds for family members. I've had 3 break over the years, never had a problem with the color getting on wet blouses hanging to dry, and, I can get things off them without taking out the hanger. Hi MOMSKA, take a spin on the smiley thread sometime soon. Miss you.

I have had these for several years now and I'm very happy with them - none of mine have broken and they hold everything great! Don't bother with the extras like boxes etc - stick with the hangars.

I bought these years ago when there was maybe two colors, and I bought then by the dozens..NO specials then..I love them..I never in 6-7 years have had one break in any way, shape, or fashion..I even twisted the top around to use sideways and it didn't break..What can I say..Maybe quality control has degraded..Some of her things are going downhill..tooo bad..Great ideas, but need to have things last if we are going to pay premium prices for them..

Yes, Brightman, it is true..I hang pants and the matching blouse on the same hanger, even my winter wool things. I hang the pants like a mans, then the blouse/jacket that matchs..Never a bend, etc. I hang my HEAVY HEAVY winter coats, leather, and they just hang there..It does save half your closet space. My closets are FULL and I use HH..Can't even imagine when I didn't have them..Can't live without them. I am NOT an organization nut, but I am space challanged...LOL
