Yes, the game is messing up again... no friends come up and when they did under another email my husband played, it came up, told him he already submitted that name (did not) and then wouldn't let him play the other 2 names.... I guess HSN will lose my business cuz I will not buy without coupons when I know there are some out there. I give HSN alot of business all year and think that yet another game is messing up and not allowing us to play...

I have played 3 times, with a Mac using Safari. I unchecked both boxes from the start and no errors. I have won 2 20% coupons that include sale and event prices.

I did test a coupon on a sale items with free shipping (20%) and it worked... Thanks HSN for at least listening to us to be able to use coupons on sale items. Now if the game would work and give us a few coupons, everything would be good for all of us....

Anybody winning any Free shipping codes??? Just wondering if any are being given out. I have won 10%, 15% and 20% but no free shipping so just wondering if they even exist on this game?

It does appear that you have to uncheck that box to successfully access the game. After that, it's anyone's guess.

Thanks Balloongirl....good to know. Actually the first item I plan on buying would be a better deal by using a 15% off than free shipping so I guess other coupons besides the free shipping are a good deal as well.

Hi Everyone, I have been playing the game since it started. Mine just shows where the gift card was. No bonus, percents or free shipping came up. Does is come out of the box, or does it just say you won that on the screen after you are done? Thanks for the info.

Well, I won a 20% off coupon and when I tried to enter it, it said I could not use it for the item I was trying to buy--and the item was not on sale or anything. I am pretty much done with HSN. The last two times I've ordered, I got an email the next day saying they were low on quantity and couldn't fill the order, but would basically put me on some waitlist and I may or may not end up getting what I ordered. Now, I win a discount coupon and I can't use it? Seems like HSN is just trying to get me to quit shopping with them.

Fortune...20% coupons are for a purchase of $75.00 or more. 15% and 10% are on any amount and this game seems to allow those 2 % off coupons on sale and event pricing. I am not sure about free shipping because I haven't won one yet. I just played 8 games and didn't win one coupon so they are being stingy with them so far.

Well, since I was trying to purchase an item priced at $199 it should have worked. I read the full email that I received with the coupon code in it before I tried to use it. I have a JD so I would at least know how to read a legal notice in an email.

Not sure what type of item you were trying to purchase but I know most of these game coupons don't work on fitness equipment. HSN lost a $100.00 sale from me because of it not working...A sale is a sale; what difference is it which item you want to purchase.

Not working again, once it let me add all my tell a freind address only to tell me an error has occured and wouldn't let me play. Then I tried my husbands address and it wouldn't let me tell a friend at all.
