I just give up, I emailed questions after finding her website. Four days later and still not a reply. I'm going back to Dr Loretta. I called her office today and talked to her husband who is also a derm to get some questions answered about her new product. A few hours later I got a phone call from her office asking if I needed any more help. I'm very impressed with the customer service. If Dr Graf doesn't have people that are able to answer questions within a couple of days then don't have a form to fill out with the promise of a answer very quickly. I really think Dr Loretta Ciraldo is also very busy. I'm ranting I know, I'm just so tired of bad customer service and I'm also very disappointed thaT I couldn't get any help. It's probably just as well because I've used Dr LOretta's products before and really liked them, not sure why I strayed from the line.

Metra....you need to go with the company you feel the most comfortable with, I also want to be able to get questions answered and feel thats the lease they can do if they want us to trust in them and buy their products...I went thru the same with SSC, I called their supposed help line the either be put on hold forever or get someone who didn't seem to have much knowledge about the products I had questions about. I use Elysee thats offered here on HSN and jut love all her products and if I'm ever in doubt or have a question... Elysee has a website where you can contact them by e-mail and have them call you or you can contact them and they are always very helpful......Good Luck and know your not alone in how your feeling I rant too LOL

metra I emailed CS to and I got back and email after about 6 days and it was so short and simple (and I emailed a LONG email explaining my skin and concerns so they could direct me to the right products) Well that's all it said was "the essetials(sp) kit wouldbe the best place to start" thats all it said!! I was very disappointed. I am on the Dr. Loretta mailing list but am sooooo confused by all her products I wouldn't know where to start. I'm thinking about either going with Isomers, Dr. Graf (even tho the answers were not clear) or Elysee.......I need something I am almost out of all my skin care.

SandGirl if you call the 800 number on the email you got from Dr LOretta ask for Vivian, she's wonderful and will tell you exactly what you need. I love the Duo cleanse, the serum, the glycolic, the sunscreen and she has a new product that I just ordered. I can't remember the names of anything at the moment. ALso Dr LOretta has a kit that has all the essentials for around 45. That's where I started.

Thank you Metra I'll go check out the kit your are talking about. I need to keep Glycolics and Retinols in my routine because that seems to help my combo skin and keeps it clear. I'll go take a look and if I cannot decide I will try and cll Vivian THANK YOU :)

So sorry to hear that. I know Dr. Graf was in Europe and just got back when she replied to me, so I am sure she may be a little behind in answering her mail. Maybe we can ask HSN for someone to provide a link or customer # to call for questions. She'll be on air in about a week so we can try to ask some questions about techinique or products then.

I have received replies from an email I sent through her website. I did not get a reply until I mentioned I, and others were disappointed with their lack of customer support. Their reply was apologetic and indicated they had computer problems and were in the process of installing new ones. I was asked to resubmit my questions, which I did. After a week or more I got a reply. Dr. Graf had been in Europe. I will have to say it was short and simple like SandGirl's and not everything was addressed. My conclusion is, there isn't much personal customer service at this time. I agree the "ask Dr. Graf" website should be removed.
The products, on the other hand, are excellent. I will continue to use them as they are the only ones I've used that have given me results. I have not used Isomers, but have used the others mentioned. One line for over a year waiting for results. Sadly, none.
I hope Dr. Graf will give customer service in the near future as I think it is hurting her reputation and keeping some from experiencing some great products.

I agree, Itvo5...her products are the best and she is not as mass producted like the other companies, probably because she is a doctor and her main business is being a doctor. She has been awfully busy, but if you send her a private message on facebook and not befriend her , which may look like an invaison of privacy, I am sure you will get a sincere response. She may not be getting all her messages in the best way if you go through her office, but if you try again and explain that you really need help again and find the right link to talk to, then that will help. Or you may ask one of the show hosts who work with her alot to express these concerns to Dr. Graf and I am sure she will get the message. Try Siobhan or Kathy Wolf....or maybe it will show who the hosts will be on the coming up schedule. An email to them may help.

I have always found Dr Graf's products to be very mediocre, nothing more as far as using innovbative ingredients, I would stick with Dr Loretta too.

I'm going to stick with Dr L's product for now. CS is very important to me. I really got some good info from her hubby yesterday and I feel good about these products. I've used Elysee and Isomers and just didn't get the results that justified what I was spending. Many love both of those lines and I'm not saying they aren't great products, they just didn't do anything for me.

Metra, I was just doing some research on Isomers, which I've never used, and couldn't believe the similarity in products and ingredients to Elysee. I was relieved to hear you saw no great results when using either of them. Since I saw none with Elysee I probably wouldn't with Isomers either. I kept thinking there must be something wrong with me or my skin. I kept buying product after product to add to my regime. Finally after a year and a half, and spending a lot of money, came to the conclusion I wasn't going to see any changes using E. I really wish I had as it still bothers me when I think of my wasted $'s. Thanks for your post.

I've been using Dr Loretta products for less then a week and Ihave to say my skin looks better then it has in a long time. At night I'll continue to use Isomers Redensify and One Complete because of what they cost, I need to use them. So far everything is working together very well. When I finish up the Isoners I'll probably just use the Dr. L products. I have to say that Isomers is a wonderful line of products, I just didn't see in my skin what others talk about. As far as Dr. Graf I'll stick to my opinion that I won't use anything when cs is not there to answer my questions and make recommendations.

Metra, I'm glad you are seeing results with Dr. L's products. That's what we all are looking for. I know what you mean about using up products because of their costs. In my case it is still money wasted since I never saw improvement when using them and when I'm finished all I'll have is an empty bottle. I understand your decision about not using a line with no customer service.

Metra, I love Dr. Graf's products and have tried so many other brands here and outside of HSN. Please don't give up on her since I had trouble getting a response from her until I called. As it turned out she answered but there were problems with the host server to her website security-wise. If you don't hear back from her than make sure you list a phone number so someone can call you back - which is what they did. They were wonderful and very helpful. As for Dr. Graf my friend goes to her office and loves her. Apparently she is the most caring doctor and went to see her mother on a house call before she died since she couldn't travel. Who does that???

It's been over a week and still didn't get a reply. I wish there was a way to let her know how bad the response is from her website. She probably has people that are suppose to take care of it and she may not know that they aren't.

Maybe but I would either try again or call her office. She's going to be on HSN (can't wait) on the 15th or 16th so you might want to wait until after her visit when she's there. Good luck!

I have never tried to contact Dr. Graf personally, but have been using her products for the whole 10 years she's been on. In my opinion, there is nothing to compare with them. They are fabulous. I have 2 on autoship, and would truly grieve if she were to leave the network. Different strokes.....

Well if someone from the company could have taken the time to answer my questions on what to use I might have been a happy customer also. I did send them another email tonight, just wanted them to know how disappointed I was with their non customer service. I'm postive I won't get a reply. The products are very confusing to me, several lines but not a clue which line is for which issues.

Good Metra, But if you don't hear from them than I would call to make sure that your message got through since the first time I sent a message it didn't. I called the office and found out that it never came through to Dr. Graf's mailbox even though my mailbox didn't give me any notification. Some of the host servers on secure sites go through several layers of security so if you don't hear back I would call. Her products are worth it and so is she.
