Ladies i have just posted this on the beauty board but what is wrong with HSN lately with making so many mistakes. I just started watching the Marilyn Miglin show at 11pm and when they stared presenting her 6th sense fragrance they showed two flex pays on it and he host stoped and laughed for a few seconds without being able to go on presenting the other items in the show. Now having that plain and clear for everyone who saw it they should have honored it insted of laughing so silly and then taking it away. I know is not such a big deal about the two flex pays but still that shows over and over again that they dont honor the company policys and dont take responsablility of their mistakes.

Lots of mistakes lately indeed especially with items shipped. Some of the products arrive looking like they were packaged in the dark, used & bruised. Marilyn Miglan's show last night was at times painful to watch as the host had moments of jibber-jabber control. The mute button is a wonderful thing! It does seem like HSN prices keep going up as quality takes a dive...but still we shop & (I) enjoy the madness Whistle

It is what it is...LETS GO SHOPPIN!

i must say-this as i received a terry-lewis leather skirt yesterday--and i am so proud of the way it came, as it was in plastic with a hangar-and also packed so nice and neat...i think sometimes we are so busy finding fault, and yet forget to thank-them for all the good-things they do!!!!! you would have thought this was a high dollar item from a high dollar-dept. store the way it was packed..thank-you hsn....a proud shopper....but on the other hand i think some of these hosts are probably tired, and probably the ones behind the scenes also, as have you seen some of the hosts are doubleing up, on the shows..i have noticed this, as they might be off for 2-hours and then back, on...so this could be the reason..

Yes, I agree, Chris got carried away talking yet she kept mentioning that Marilyn would be explaining the products. Chris has changed IMO and it isn't for the better. I do wish that the hosts would quit rambling on and let the vendor explain their own product. I want to know the specifics on the product not how I can use it, where I can use it, why I need it, what a great gift it would be for my third cousin and the blabbering goes on. Why do I want to mute the presentation if I'm interested in the product? When the idol chatter continues I change the station and forget about the product. Once again they lost a potential sale.

Marilyn Miglin is always so much fun to watch-except with Chris. It's like Marilyn can't get two words in edgewise. For shame.

I have to say, when a Wolfgang Puck knife set I ordered arrived, it was all packaged so well I felt like I was breaking into Fort Knox, lol. Every piece was wrapped in plastic, plus a heavier plastic slip, then each into separate cardboard. Very nicely protected. For $30 it even included the wood block, which was heavier & better constructed than I would've hoped for at that price. Definitely satisfied with it.

Overall, I'd say things arrive in good shape and are well packed, but when they have gone wrong, for me it's typically been on higher end purchases which leave you shaking your head...last one was for boots over $200...the box was crushed on the outside and practically open and the boot box was smashed. Luckily the boots were in tact and not damaged. I think they typically do such a good job that when they don't, it is such a departure from what is expected that it is really bothersome.

For the last month, my boxes have arrived torn open, with my items barely intact. I think that HSN customers pay a lot of shipping costs, so much, that HSN should investigate! Otherwise, the individual items come wrapped very well. The only items that come with ragged packaging is Ms. Tina's. Maybe HSN should package clothing like they package electronics...with extra buble wrap and air filler, which reduces the chances of the boxes tearing.

My pleasure, & your welcome. I think it's great we have a forum to share the good, the bad & the ugly, lol. I guess it can be bit of a crapshoot how something will arrive, including packaging & quality of item itself -- but be assured the WP knife set scores high on both. No doubt this will be greatly enjoyed as a gift from you Dancing
