Well, I debated -- and then I ordered it. The electric blue topaz seemed too pretty to pass up. Not entirely convinced on the two-tone look, but it seems a lovely ring on air. I have several of VW's gold rings, but I am not adverse to silver, got plenty of that too! Just none from her yet. I know getting a ring like this at a gem show (which I attend more often than is good for me) would probably cost more - and wouldn't have the VW name. Any other purchasers have thoughts in advance of receiving your ring?

I think its very pretty and would have bought it myself but I already have a beautiful swiss blue and london blue in 10K that I bought a couple of years ago from HSN on a great sale. I like that electric blue of the topaz, but then I like just about any blue color of gem. Let us know if you like it when you get it.

I liked that the undergallery was completely finished as well, something VW hasn't been doing so I am hoping this will continue to be the case. I think it makes a ring look much better.

I bought the starfish ring in gold that they were comparing it to last night. I bought it several years ago, and it is beautiful. I just couldn't justify buying another similar ring. But the stone did look lovely. Applause

I have a ring of her's (same stone and gold and gold decoration at both sides of the stone, almost covering the stone). It is beautiful. I love wearing it. That is why I didn't buy the TSV. They were almost alike except for the decoration at the two sides of the ring.

Have any of you received yours yet and do you love it? It was very pretty and I liked that it was with a finished undergallery.

Yes. Mine arrived today. Totally lovely. The blue is gorgeous. While all silver or all gold would have been better in my opinion. It nevertheless is NOT going back!

Mine arrived the other day and I love it! I posted a rave review on the item - the color of that blue topaz is SO electric, it's amazing!

I got mine today..this is my first piece of VW, and MAN it is so pretty! The stone is fabulous and I love all of the detail on the setting. I personally like the two-tone effect, it goes with everything. Well worth the money, IMHO. Dancing

Hi All,
Several yrs ago I ordered the starfish ring in the 14kt gold. It is beautiful. On another website people were showing the color of one of the most expensive gemstones, paraiba tourmaline. Someone was trying to show others the best color(windex blue) because there are so many lighter colored paraibas around.
I looked at the examples and thought I recognized that color and went to my jewelry box to check it out. Well ladies, the color of the topaz is the top color of paraiba tourmaline.( $!0,000- 20,000) a carat) I'm tempted to now call my topaz, paraiba tourmaline, but I might be illed for it. So enjoy ladies, it's truly a wonderful color.
Thanks,
