Anybody try this product? I have to admit he takes some pretty frumpy hair do's and makes them look fantastic! Is this for real?

hiya... I just can't seem to watch his program after seeing it one time his flipping the girls heads up and down kind of made me nauseous. He's way to over the edge for my taste. The product line wording just doesn't appeal to me either Hair Stringy (reminds me of the kids foam play stuff) Sorry just my opinion

I think ALL of the HairStylists on ALL the shop channels make EVERYONES hair look GREAT!!! no matter what - they look GREAT...
BUT - just like when I leave a salon NO MATTER what product they use/d on me & I take home.... it NEVER made or makes my hair look that way OR feel that way OR keep a bounce OR stop the frizz (must be magic hands???) NOR have any of the products I purchased on ANY of the shop channels...

I have the hair spray but it doesn't seem any different than any other. It stays soft though, but it doesn't seem to have much staying power. I was thinking about by the try me kit for $14.95 just to give the others a try.

Maybe you will buy it and give us all feedback. It might be a quicker way to find out about it.
Looking at the reviews of Item: 337-596, it seems as it is not all that great of product. But you might want to read those reviews. There are 127 of them to help you decide if it might work for you. With 127 reviews the product gets 2.6 stars.

Tried this when it first came out but a bit toooo gooey for me. I have baby fine hair but a lot of it and it just seemed to take the shine out. I have tried his Samy Get Curls recently and I love it.

I've tried the Hair Spray only. I agree with the other comment that said no different than other Hair Sprays. It's OK. No offensive scent. A lot of hair sprays loose me with the scent. I have thin, fine hair and haven't found one single Hair Care line that is great. The trick with all of these lines where a rub and toss here and there with the hair, is that they start with design hair stylist HAIR CUTS! It would be nice if I could afford Jose' Iber or someone of the like to cut my hair too. Then, any product would look great!

I tried the shampoo, but didn't like it much. I felt as though my hair was weighed down some. I have short hair, don't use hairspary, and haven't tried any product in that line. I DO use his Colorcare Shampoo and love it! Doesn't weigh hair down at all and is great for color treated hair. I usually read people's reviews too, but if I want the product bad enough, I will purchase. Everyone's hair is different, and maybe this may work for you! You never know. You could always send it back.

I haven't tried it, but the reviews aren't so hot. The presentations always look fantastic, though! My favorite Samy product is the 'Icing'. You only need a little and it lasts forever. I now get it at the drug store. Everything else of his I've tried either was sent back, given away, or thrown out.

With a great cut, you can use Sauve products and look fantastic. I remember watching Jose on Donahue years and years ago. Loved that man! Actually I loved them both.
