Thanks. My female torbie gets rather upset with me when I'm away from home overnight. She pees on something of mine to show me that she is upset with me, so I'll usually leave some old, old jeans in the bathroom floor for her so she doesn't target something of greater value like the carpet, which she has done in the past. The carpet is much harder to get the urine out of and more permanent than old jeans. My sister had her baby in eary October and I was with her in the hospital over night during all of the labor, so my torbie was rather upset that all I did for a few days was sleep at home and go to the hospital, especially the first 48 hours. She let me know it. Thanks. I'll search for it. The local WM is the only place to look for things for that. We don't have any other place than the one grocery store.

I'm glad someone answered this because I, too, have the same problem. The only thing, I don't have carpets - I have tile and hardwood floors. I have indoor/outdoor cats. For the most part, they all use the litter box (I keep it constantly cleaned and filled with fresh litter) but I have 2 that will not use it. They will use it for the other but not to .

I have used vinegar, clorox, oranges...etc. to try to get rid of the smell along with trying to discourage them from doing it again. Nothing works! I will try this Anti Icky Poo to see what happens.

There's also a product called Nok-Out that is supposed to get rid of pet odors really well. I've never tried it myself, but those who use it say it works! You can find it online. Just type in the name (nokout) and add . com. (HSN won't let me type in the whole name.)

I've tried peroxide or vinegar as friends have recommended, but they don't seem to eliminate odors entirely.

I think the vinegar helps our noses and does nothing for the cat - except to remark! All of my cats are fixed and are in good health so I know it's not a health issue that's causing the problem.

I also read about this product called Feliway. Anybody tried it? It has excellent reviews.....but so did all of the other stuff I've used in the past. Feliway is expensive! I don't think I can swing that but will try AIP and Nok-Out - thanks for the info.

Oh, I also read that there is a pre-treatment that needs to be use prior to using AIP especially if it's and old marking and you've used other products. The pre-treatment breaks down all of the residue in order for the main AIP to work. Just a FYI on that.

There was a product that HSN sold called "Ur*ine Gone." I don't know if it is still sold here or not. It is an odor neutralizer, along with a stain remover. I have used it for my cats' litter accidents on my bathroom floor, but haven't needed to use it on any carpeted areas. It has worked well on the bathroom areas. It is meant to be used on flooring and carpeting too.

I bought some of the AIP on ebay and it arrived yesterday. Haven't used it yet. I did use Uri-ne Gone in the past but never did have much success with it. I hope AIP works!
