I was in Las Vegas recently and walked into a trendy boutique/vintage store. In a showcase were several Noir pieces, including the porcupine and parrot rings. I didn't ask the price, but I would guess they are probably close to double what the HSN price is. The pieces were impressive in person!

I was in a boutique on Halloween weekend and I saw several pieces of Diane Gilman's. Surprisingly, they were comparable to HSN's price. They were cute but not 'top-of-the-line' quality. I have purchased several pieces of HSN's jewelry in TJ Maxx, but not much recently. I used to purchase quite a bit of Jay King's jewelry, some NOIR and quite a while back I saw a few Heidi Daus' pieces. Those days seem to be long gone....

I've seen Noir and Jay King in my local TJMaxx - Jay's pieces are not marked "Jay King" but are highly recognizable as his, and are either marked "Desert Rose Trading" or "DRT" (which is his company). Even at TJM the prices are probably double what HSN's are.

We have an outlet that has many HSN items such as clothes, shoes, belts, etc but I have never seen jewelry. As I only go into the outlet a couple times a year, I would not know if they ever sell jewelry from HSN. I think this outlet buys from HSN direct but not really sure. The prices are very cheap so I figure the items must be 2nds.
