The only thing I noticed was that the shipping status had not been updated even though it had been shipped already.

Shipping is ridiculously slow. It used to be very very good. Seems like since the increase in shipping costs, the delivery is done by turtles. One of my more recent orders was placed on 9/21. The origin scan was finally done on 9/28. I received the items on 10/01. I don't understand why it takes 7 days for my order to get to the warehouse. It only took 4 days from the warehouse to delivery, but why so long from order to warehouse? It is strange.

Strangely and happily, I am finding the opposite. All my orders the past few months have come via UPS and arrive within a week of order date. I used to get so many orders thru USPS and I could easily wait two weeks or more - and a few orders never arrived. HSN stood behind those but the wait was horribly long. I hope they continue to use UPS whenever possible; it has worked really well for me. I do find that shipping info is sometimes not updated but am not sure if that's a fault of HSN or the shipping company.
