First thing you need to know is that you'll need a communication program to communicate with others, such as friends/relatives. You'll want to find out what they already use, if anything and download the same program.

You may have seen Oprah using Skype on her TV show and you can too. Simply download it from their web site dot skype and install it. Have your friends/relatives do the same. As long as you are calling from skype to skype, video calls are free!

If your friends/relatives already use something else, you'll want to download and install the same thing they have.
