Hi statRN2,
I just saw a pair of boots by Bellini, the item #498-108, they have stretch in the back maybe they would be good for you. Hope this helped.

Do any of you remember that Slinky used to make a stretch boot?I loved it and ordered a pair or 2 every yr.It disappeared about 2 yrs ago.

Ibby,I recently ordered a Bellini leather and stretch tall boot.I have not gotten it yet but hope it fits as easily as he said.

This year's Bellini stretch tall boots have a heel a tad taller than I like- but other than that they looked really nice. Hope they're winner for you!

I checked this year's Woman Within styles- and they still have really nice wide calf boots in the $60 range! I remember when I got mine there were lots of web coupons- mrrebates also.

Hello shoe diva friends,
I also have a wide calf, and wear a size 8 shoe or boot. I have been absolutely delighted with the fit of the HSN AJV granny-style lace up leather boots. The adjustable lacing feature makes them stylish and comfortable, and I've seen them offered in both knee-high and mid-calf styles. Good luck with your search, and please let us know if you find some winners for yourself.....

Basset Babe...I did the same thing! LOVED those boots. Not sure why they don't carry them anymore.

Going to check out the Bellini...hard to find boots with big calves!

I don't think any of the tall boots are as comfy as the Slinky were.I sure do miss them.

I got a Bellini but I had forgotten how uncomfortable the leather part is until you break it in.Eh? I sure do wish Slinky would make their boot again.Winking

bought the Bellini's for my daughter for Christmas. They look like they'll work, and they're beautiful (the blue with the stretch back). Won't know till she trys them. She's 6ft & wears a size 11 wide calf. Hard to find a wide calf that comes to her knee, but these certainly should do that from the looks!
