lobo-i fixed the jiffy mix and put a can of diced-up tomatoes in it that were the mild-ones with green-peppers and garlic and onion, but you can get the hot-diced tomatoes, with the hot-peppers,also...and i baked it in the oven, and served,hot-dogs and kraut, together, with, also fried,potatoes....very-tasty, so thank-you for the great-idea.. hubby was pleased.

Good morning all, today & tomorrow I have my granddaughter with me, their school is closed for the remainder of the week due to illness. I'm going to make her fav lunch...tuna cassarole, there will be enough for two days. Later she will be helping me gather wood, and feed the birds. Not the funnest day for a teen but better than sitting in class.....LOL
See ya all later...do something fun today !!

Greetings, coffee gals! Maggie we’re in the 80’s today. But I hear rain is in the forecast by Thursday. Eh, probably not enough to really even mention...LOL! I haven’t really thought much about today’s dinner menu. Hmmm...there are some meatballs in the freezer. So I’ll nuke a couple of spuds add some kind of green veggie and call it DONE!? HIYA BUBBO, thought we lost ya there for a while !! So glad you are doing better, take it easy tho, you can relaps so easily if not careful !!
I have most of my turkey day list done, just need to get extra bread for the stuffing...I got a 17 pounder this year, I have trouble cooking it long enough so I'm going to let it cook for about 7 hours...that ought to do it....LOL...seriously tho, I need to start the bird sooner, if it gets done before the potatoes, all the better, it can just sit in the oven.... I don't like keeping everyone waiting !
Opening day of deer season today, have been hearing the shots since daybreak...hope they clear out a bunch of them.We had two big does run in front of the truck last week, good thing we were going slow (as always out here in the sticks).
Have a safe/warm Sunday everyone...chat soon
