I recently ordered a 60" HD tv from here. The problem is the tracking number isn't acurate. I tried customer service. They said they don't know where it is or who it is shipped through. It is not a small or cheap item, and I am very unhappy with this service. Any suggestions on what to do to find out where it is in shipping? I would like to be here when it arives, so that is why I am following it. I have never been unhappy with anything I have purchased through here, and never had a problem with HSN, but this is irritating.
