Hey Forum:

Is anyone having trouble with trying to return pots or pans hat are stained or chipped on the bottom of certain pots and frying pans?? i have yet to hear from HSN about the returnable items..The show says that they are to be returned if not suitable to us..but they don`t say where to send them...I have read and used the pots and pans due to the Greenpan specs and still they stick and some pots are chipping on the bottom

Do you remember when you first received your pans it had a receipt inside the box? Well on that receipt there is a sticker that you just peel and stick on you box and you can drop it off at any UPS location. When you do that you can also track the return from you account here on Hsn. Just go to my account and click ''track my returns'' after you droped off your box at UPS. Also for something that heavy it should be a return fee of $8.95 because is over 5lbs. If you past that 30 day period then it will be very hard for the greenpan company to give you an exchange or refund. I bought on of their products and it took them over four months to replace it. Hope this helps.
