Hi all,
I recently bought Andrew's Evening Primrose because I read that Black Currant could be very good for dry skin.
I thought I heard that the different EFA should be kept in balance. Basically I know very little about EFA and would appreciate some advice on the difference between his Omega 3 fish oil caps and his Evening Primrose Oil/Black Currant Oil caps?
