I ordered this and gave it a fair chance. I put it out for a few days....and nothing. What a waste of money. HSH and JM owes us an apology. To market such a defective product and then not to allow us to review it on line so others don't make the same mistake, is dishonest. Shame on you HSN. I will never buy a JM product again. I wonder how long this post will last?

Grateful for all your comments. I've been bummed because the TSV sold out. Now I know I am lucky. I agree that JM's products are not up to par and her high pressure presentations are a real turn off. I find I am watching HSN less and less as she is on more and more.

Glad to know I am not the only disappointed buyer of these fragrance sticks. I was SO anxious to get them and SO disappointed with the lack of any fragrance. I thought my house must have been worse than I thought! They went back, even though I gave up the return shipping cost. I, too, find it rather odd that we can't add a review except right here. I guess they don't want 100,000+ negative reviews to bring down Queen JM. I'm done falling for her hard sell presentations.

This item was a total bust. Mine couldn't even smell up a very small bathroom, back they went. No more for me!

 I really got fooled by the hype of the fragerance sticks. How could they be so wrong about them. All the hosts and Joy kept saying "If you could just smell this room." This was the worst product I have ever bought at HSN. I love the huggers and the steamer so I just believed. What a mistake. Sticking with Katie and Casa di Francesca and Italian Beauty diffusers.

I have to agree with most all of the comments. I put the sticks in my closet and after a short time couldn't smell them at all. I unfortunantly opened them after my 30 day return guarantee, otherwise, I'd return them, too. Not sure how the disks are to be used. As far as the hanger comments - Costco has the similiar ones - 50/$15.00.
