I do a lot of business with you and occationally something just does not work out- I sent back an item and you received it yesterday and credited me on the same day you received it back. You notified me with an email about the credit. What super customer service! You get 5 stars in my book!

There is no doubt about it, HSN is #1 in terrific customer service. I've been dealing with them for a few years now, and am extremely pleased with their quick responses to emails which usually solve any problems I have quickly, their continued professionalism, and how quickly and accurately they process my returns. That's what keeps me coming back! That and their clearance specials that can't be beat.

Kudos to customer service for sure. My wife called this morn to let them know an item she bought 5 days ago went down in price and they happily credited her cc the difference. And, as usual, the cust rep was friendly and pleasant.
