To whoever owns these - Could someone possibly take a circumference measurement around the center of these boots for me? :( I have very wide calves and these look fairly big, however I have tried many other wide calf boots in the past and they failed to fit. I have now measured my calves and know exactly what to look for. I wish they provided those measurements within the description, however I understand wide calves are not particularly common and therefore those measurements are not a general concern.
Thanks in advance for any and all help!
:)

I wish I could help you, but I did not buy these boots. I would call Customer Service, though, because sometimes they have extra measurements and information that we do not have online. Meanwhile, I hope someone who owns these will respond.

I also have wide calves- and buy my leather boots from catalogs that specifically say they're for 'wide calves'. I'm not a plus size, but that's been my best source. Check The Woman Within on line, they had a few nice styles when I last bought leather boots. Or boots that are the stretchy microfiber fabication. Bellini has had a version of this the last couple years and I've bought them all! Love my tall boots...

Wish I could help you but I don't own these. Good Luck as I know return S&H stinks.

Thanks girls. I apparently have VERY wide calves - 17" circumference at the largest point. I've tried boots from some of the magazines with "wide calf" boots and even those did not fit me. I have tried everything and it seems I am just not meant to wear boots above the ankle. Thanks for the tips, though! :)

Actually, according to the chart on their website, they wouldn't fit. I'm a size 7, size 7 = 17" calf. My calf is 17", I would need a little extra room for them to fit. Thanks anyway. :/

re wide calf boots - this is a copy to my response to another writer: Try idewidths. The boots they carry come in wide, extra wide, and super wide; each size tells you what the circumference is. If you are between sizes, say 1 inch more than wide, you are better off wide and having them stretched to fit. If you are 1 inch too small for a particular size, get the larger one and have your shoe repairman take them in. It's worth it to get a good fit!

I don't know why it truncated the address: its idewidths.
