I just received the cookie press yesterday and today I made some chocolate cake spritz cookies and they turned out very well. The unit is a bit hard to put together the first time if you do not read the instructions but after that it is fine.
I do like the fact that the dies are metal as well as the decorating tips and from the weight of the disks, no food going through that machine will ever damage them.

I would have liked a larger capacity container or even the ability to purchase additional ones but even without them it is a very excellent unit. I read a review that was on the site about it not coming in a box so it was rated lower than it should be especially since it comes with a small box that holds the disks and tips easily and takes up very little space.

This one is a definite keeper and I cannot wait to make more foodstuffs with it.
