I purchased the SES 1000 last July. This week I finally got around to installing the software on my computer and find that the installation disk is damaged. When I try to install the program I get an error message that states "the disk was damaged or some files were missing". I have contacted HSN and was given the singer website to contact. Singer is not answering my emails. Any suggestions??? Thanks

I haven't tried to contact Singer by email but have called them several times. Sometimes you have to wait on hold for a while but they are helpful and don't rush you in solving a problem.
