If you move an item from your wish list to the shopping bag it appears you don't always get the original number of flex pays - and sometimes no flex pay at all. When did this happen? I'm miffed to say the least.

I think it is very dishonest for HSN to keep listing the flex pays on the wish list when in fact, they have are not available. QVC removes any easy pays that have been discontinued from the wish list. My wish list shows many items on flex pays that don't have the flex pays when I try to order. This has greatly reduced my shopping with HSN.

When you decide to purchase something off your wish list, instead of clicking on the "add to bag", click on the product itself first. That will take you to the current product listing, and you'll be able to see what flexpays are or are not currently available. Sometimes you'll have a choice between 3 or 4 flexpays, for example. Then, you can add the item to your bag from there.

The point is you used to be able to keep the number of flex pays the item had WHEN YOU FIRST put it on your wish list. Again, HSN pinching pennies and making faithful customer MAD.Shame on you Shame on you Shame on you Boo hoo! Boo hoo!

Customers should not have to click on the item first to see if any flex pays are available. If the flex pays have been discontinued they should not show up on the wish list. I agree with the other poster. HSN used to still give customers the flex pays if they put an item on their wish list, even if the flex pays were discontinued. Lately, HSN will slioghtly reduced an expensive item, but then take away the flex pays. Oh well, no flex pays, no purchase. It seems like all the changes at HSN over the last year have been negative changes for the customers.

I agree stars. When I see the flex pays from my wish list are no longer available I remove the item from my cart and to not buy it. There is no other way to show displeasure with a policy change that was not announced or explained.

I don't think they should remove items from the wish list that are no longer on flex pay. Not everyone uses flex pay and I know I don't want items being removed from my wish list.

I don't think HSN is taking anyone's item from their wish list, I think the customers who find an item is not available on flex pay anymore are removing it from their wish list. I need the flex pay personally, LOL

Frankly, I often need flex to buy the item..But, generally the host will say, the flex or reduced price, or whatever is OVER at the end of this show, end of the day at midnight, or end of week, etc. Same way with reduced prices..The wish list doesn't stop that..I wish it did, but they do annouce it..I wish there were more flex pays on sale items, as I would really try to buy more, but what is..IS..

If you are a "if at first you don't suceed, try, try again" person; don't go skydiving!!

They do not remove items from the wish list. Before, when you put an item on the wish list, the flex pays being offered at that time would be available if and when you chose to buy the item. That is no longer so. Now when you move the item from your wish list to your cart, you usually don't get the original flex pays.

I think the thing that bothers me the most is when I see items on my wish list and flex pays are shown in blue as still available. However, when I try to purchase there are not any flex pays available. This is dishonest and misleading. QVC doesn't show any easy pays on wish list items if they are no longer available. QVC will also show new easy pays on my wish lists that never had easy pays before. This is convenient to find if certain items I like now have easy pays. When the easy pay offer is over, QVC automatically removes it from my wish list.
