I recently added flaxseed to my vit suppliments.

Say's to take one with each meal. Took with breakfast, and lunch. I did skip dinner, and took my omega3.

I felt a bit queezy, and also bathroom issue. Just wondering if flaxseed can do this to your system?

The one i am taking say's natural made with organic flaxseed oil. 1,000 mg per softgels.

Thank you Raeli for your reply. I still am not feeling right. Feel like i have something sitting on middle of chest area. Feeling queezy as well. I just drank some ginger herbal tea. Hoping it will help my issue.

I also called company that makes it,and they are sending me a refund.

Have never had this happen with any of my vit suppliments. I do take Andrew's plus a few over the counter ones.

Just from personal experience so take it for what it's worth Winking I've used ground flaxseed in my morning cereal now for years but decided to add flaxseed caps. Also decided to add Krill oil. Did the silly thing and added both at the same time. Body was used to the ground flax but the addition of both the others kind of sent things into overdrive, judging from your post you know what I mean. I changed to add just one item and gave my body time to adjust, a week. Then added back the second cap to see and things went very well that time around. One thing is for sure, you won't be needing Senna. Good luck Jag.
