My daughter has a male and female, so cute. You need to keep their cage and litter box clean and try to not give him a bath more often than two to three months. I raised a litter of skunks, don't find the smell bad.

Thanks Pain. DS gave him a bath on Sun. He's only 4 months old. He's a temporary house guest - he belongs to DS & his fiance.

When my neice was a teenager, she was living w/me and she wanted one, so I let her..She took care of the little critter..It didn't bother me any..kinda cute..but her new boyfriends dog didn't think cute was good enough and ferret was gone..Dogs and cats will eat them, so unless you KNOW your dog/cat won't eat it..Then keep them away..It is instinct in dogs and cats to catch and dispose of things..like mice, rabbits, squirrels, etc.
