I purchased this during the launch date. It wasn't as simple for me to use. It does not come with an instruction manual. It is online. I had to search for a customer service number. My only problem was making it connect with my Cricut machine. It just wouldn't take. I was finally able to call and speak to someone about it. I had to delete the download I had done and reinstall. It was so frustrating. They should just print the darn manual and put it with the machine. I still haven't been able to cut using the Gypsy. I will be trying later and hopefully the reinstall helps.
