I can't believe Joy Mangano didn't "invent" them. They are a great idea. I would purchase one, but have too many handbags as it is. My latest find was a good sized black Brighton bag for $4.99 at the Goodwill.

If Joy invented them - the magnets wouldn't work right! Winking

They look like cute bags but how do they really hold up? I wonder if the patter would ever start to peel off the magnet.

I have been using my Miche Bag since last December. I have 12 or 13 shells now and I just love being able to change my purse color daily. The shells are really durable and do not peel etc. I still love it and am not bored with my purse like I use to before I bought this one.

I wish I didn't have so many purses, I can't justify buying another type except that I could get rid of all the others and just use the Miche bags? How does the main bag hold up, what is it made of. On Ebay they have both the whole set and the shells and different sizes as well.

I don't like the look of it when they open the bag...it's like they have to hold on to the shell just so it doesn't pop off. I'm not a nice gal with my purses and I can almost bet that no magnets are going to keep this shell on when I'm whipping my purse over my shoulder or throwing it into the front seat of my car.

I'm very iffy about this...also I believe the shells are a bit too expensive considering how little is in the materials.

The bag itself doesn't seem roomy enough- it couldn't be an everyday bag for me.

The shells do not fall off. I do love the Miche bag and have many shells. Its a fun bag. Its study but highly structured. No squish to jam things in. Its a medium sized to smallish purse...I don't use it for everyday. BUt its nice to have if you are going out and want a change. Something to jazz up your outfit or match or contrast. Its made well but out of manmade materials. What I do like about it is I always have a purse to match shoes or an outfit now. Once you buy the purse and start buying shells you can rack up quite an investment though.
