I actually wanted to leave an update on the review section, but it would only allow for one. I had posted with a 2 star rating due to some problems with the machine, the console speaker was blown, the handlebar cuffs would not together properly, and i had a problem with the left foot pedal. I wanted to update and COMMEND proform customer service because they were prompt and helpful in addressing my issues. They sent a brand new console, a brand new busher (or whatever it was called) and brand new handlebar cuffs to fix the existing problems. Shipped UPS and expected to arrive within 5 days. If you are having a problem with your proform CALL THEM! The wait time is a long, but i just left my number and they called me back within an hour. The machine itself works great and i am very pleased i dont have to return the whole machine!
