Thanks, Meezer. I was unable to get an appt Fri, so we will see vet tomorrow at 10:45 am central. I will post tomorrow afternoon. I am having a hard time to be honest. I see and feel new things on my little Fritz, and, of course, anything right now is cause for alarm. I am doing my best to keep it together.

Fritz is losing weight, but his appetite is good. He had begun taking a med for allergies and that seems to cause him to eat; otherwise, I don't know what I would be seeing. He still loves life, I can tell you that. He is just the best little boy.

We had a cool front come down as far as the Gulf Coast over the weekend (which means we have a nice north breeze), so we will get out for a good walk today.

have a good day pat

Ladies, just wanted to let you know that vet appt went well. He says that as long as Fritz is happy and eating, we will just keep monitoring. If he shows that he is in pain or begins being sick, then we will re-evaluate. He was not overly concerned about the new lesion and again showed me what I would be looking for as time goes by.

I need to chill because I just have to enjoy each day as it comes and not be projecting about anything right now. It's hard not to be an overly concerned mom. Will post again.

Thanks Fritzpat for letting us know how you and precious furbaby Fritz is doing. I remember well going through a similar situation. You are right you have to try to chill and just thank God for each and every day with your precious doggie. It made me think of a saying I heard - "each day is a gift, that is why we call it the present".

I wish you peace and love, will say a prayer for you tonight that you can sleep well so that tomorrow will be a good day for you.

God bless, Meezer
